Fuse Coffee — Restaurant in Troy

I met an associate at Fuse this morning to discuss some business collaboration. I got an Earl Grey hot tea. He got a bagel w/ cream cheese. Just as he finished spreading the shmear on the bagel, the bagel fell onto the floor, shmear side down... of course. We went on about our meeting. Just a moment later, one of the staff came by with another bagel and shmear and said she'd seen his 1st bagel hit the floor and wanted to make sure he got to enjoy his morning. She gave him the new bagel amd even got him the cream cheese blend he'd originally ordered without fees or hassle. Such amazing customer service! I'm glad we went there...

Great little coffee shop. Currently they have a limited menu but more to come in the future. Great for morning and daytime coffee drinkers but they close in the afternoon so no evening coffee and writing for me so I only get to frequent the spot on the weekends when I am looking for a place to work on content. Definitely top shelf coffee…I had the best cappuccino there that I have ever tasted and the bonus, the owner harvested the honey used to sweeten it. We had a great day hanging out at Fuse! We're in town only for today for Clarinet Day at Troy University, and we wanted to try the car charger for our EV.

Fuse employee(s) were so nice and welcoming. The couches and various seating was so comfortable, and the coffee was fantastic. They didn't mind that we wanted to hang out for a few hours to kill time until we can go to the Clarinet concert...
