Country Club Manufactured Home Community — Local services in Tucson

This used to be a somewhat decent park to live. However, since new management has been brought in, it has severely declined. New management refuses to fix problems. Homes are in disorder and disrepair. The staff promises to fix it but you will be waiting a long time to have anything done. They have showcased the nicest parts of the park in the photos but many good tenants are leaving. Soon this will be a slumlord park. Dogs run free, pooping all over the sidewalks where children walk, and most alarmingly on the playground where children play. Very unsanitary and a health hazard to young children. The streets do not get swept like they used to so there streets are littered with rocks, making the park look messy and cluttered. Many homes are cluttered with junk all over the property, even though Residential Agreements specifically state that this should not be the case. If you are a good tenant who pays rent on time, it will not matter. They do not follow up nor respond to many maintenance requests. Been struggling with management from day one, it has improved somewhat, but still needs a lot of work, had to do a Congressional on this park to get things going, that is the only way to get it done, but have not heard anything back from corporate and management. Work orders was my problem, also the $100 dollar referral program, never got that money, they gave me a story and never got that money, last thing was they promised me a shed, to this day nothing, I did see a new shed on one of the manager's Mobile home though, definitely not right, have to take care of the tenants first, then the leadership, lead by example. It'd be nice if they had monthly meetings on what the problems going on in the park, it would fix...

We just moved in a few days ago, and we are so excited to be apart of the community. The staff works hard day and night to accommodate the residence. You can tell they care to be as helpful as they can be. Damaris and Yolanda. are very kind and attentive. Larry one the maintenance guys was helpful as well! We appreciate them and look forward to telling more people about our new community and why they should move on asap!...
