This taco truck keeps everything very clean and organized. You order at the window and they will hand you a plate and containers to fill up at the salsa bar. You can hand back the plate to them so they can wrap it up for you and put it with your food. The cabeza tacos are probably their best item on the menu. Super tender and great flavor.
