El Molino Mobile Home Park — Local services in Tucson

Ok on the surface it looks nice and clean. They upped the rent on everyone twice in the last couple of years. The pool is finally open BUT it’s been closed for over 20 years prior to a week in the summer last year. The property manager appears nice but, she seems to be embezzling because the money we renters pay her isn’t adding up. Please avoid this place! Also the washers don’t work and they close the laundry room at 8pm when it used to be 24/7. Also IF should you buy a trailer here you might want to consider it as a loss because she won’t pay you back for your trailer when you leave. Also if the pipes are previously worn out when you buy it from her and it leaks she will turn off the water and leave you to your own devices while you suffer until it’s fixed. If you are a renter and not the owner of the trailer you will be caught between a rock and a hard place if the trailer owner doesn’t want to fix the trailer and the landlord blames you when frankly the landlord should have fixed the trailer or sent contractors to fix the trailer themselves. WAS LIED TO! I told manager upon moving in that I needed access to a pool for medical reasons. Was told pool would open when covid restrictions lifted. For months she told me it was just a few weeks away.

Finally she admitted pool isn't opening. I had to call several pool repair places for quotes in order to get this admission.

Do NOT trust this place. My injuries recovery time is extended several months as a result of this deception. I'm mad as hell and also still severely injured.

The pool is not being repaired. This is just an outright lie. They'll tell they're getting estimates etc...not true. The manager has no problem lying to your face even if that lie keeps you injured. I encourage every resident reading this to go ask the manager about the pool. Then reconsider the rating you leave. Giving a dishonest company a Good rating to be polite is counterproductive. Be honest.

Lying to someone who has a medical need is plainly unethical. Idk why this was done and it has caused me...

I stayed at El Molino as a last minute choice as I travel by the seat of my pants. I called after hours on a Saturday (6:30 PM). The manager came back to the park to register me. She also made sure I had keys and codes to use alll facilities. Linda, guided me to the site and waited till I was set before leaving. The park is super clean, neat and organized. Being in city limits gave me a slight security thought until I opened the door after dark. The park is well lit, and ALL the lights work. There is not outside traffic and the other folks here are all polite and friendly. The El Molino is convenient to shopping and all other attractions. If your staying in Tucson, this might be the place for you. If your passing through.....easy in...easy out as it is very...
