Lewis and Ryan are the rudest people i have ever dealt with in my life. Lewis held me hostage in the park to where i couldn’t leave! Absolutely no professionalism what so ever. Not to mention if you ever have any issues that need fixed, good luck getting someone to come fix it at that point its your problem. We have stayed there renting for barely a month and are already leaving due to the disrespect and harassment we have endured from Lewis alone. COMFORT COMMUNITIES IS NOT SOMEWHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE. There are houses full of trash floor to top they just let sit. illegal drug activity and people throwing there used burnt foil in our yard after they’ve smoked there drugs throughout the night walking around. they do not care about the tenants what so ever all they care about is your money and wasting your time. So to those who are thinking about living here because its cheaper than most, save yourself the time, money and effort because they will treat you very poorly. Avoid at all cost The old owners where awesome and friendly now it owned by a company that is out of California(they are buying most parks around flowing wells area) who only cares about the yearly rent increase without any improvements to the park at all which has resulting in a bunch of empty homes in the park and the landlord in charge is horrible constantly illegally raising rent hoping I don't catch it or didn't read my lease they are very rude and constantly ignore tenants and at the same time harassing family's for toys or playgrounds in the yard or trash cans outside when there's not a sufficient amount of dumpsters for the park find a different neighborhood cause with the company's mad grabs of Parks and one landlord in charge of all it's a mess another example of California moving in and making as much as they can and trying to give the remaining old tenants evictions or unpleasantness to get a new group to charge...

Nice and quiet place to live other than the train tracks close by and the fact the so called maintenance \security personnel. He's a big bad biker dude drives around staring people down and when you look at the jerk and wave he acts like you aren't even there. Don't really know what his issue is, but I'm in no means intimidated by him. I believe in old school ways, if you have a problem with someone, simply put it out there. The new owner Kelly seems like a real good guy and has plenty of mobile homes to sell.
