Just so it is notated and well documented. I had to go through a learning curve here when I first started at the store. I did have a couple accicdents as I was learning. Now I am Senior Game Advisor with the experience under my belt, and I do my utmost and best to take care of my store and my customers. Unfortunately there are rare times when not every customer gets what they want. Especially in regards to Microsoft, PSN, or NSW Currency/Beta codes.
