I have to give this staff here 5 stars and explain why.
While my sisters and I visited your location (08/12/2021) and we were very hungry and some of us very short tempered we choose this store to get food for our family. You see our father is on hospice and transitioning, so tensions and emotions are very high and many of my family members are edgy. No one wants to lose a loved one especially a parent. I am in my 50's, but she is a bit younger and she was very short tempered and feeling quite toxic and angry because of trying to celebrate the last days of the life of our Dad. It can be very hard to be in the best of moods when these things like this happen. So I am giving the staff here 5 STARS, because they were so kind and mild mannered. They did all they could to help us and didn't let her ruffle their feathers at all. I know serving other can be a arduous task at times, but all the staff were so professional and calm and did everything to satisfy her. We were raise different than that which she displayed on our visit. So I will let you all know that read this post, please be kind to those that serve you when you visit any place that offers service. If you give a good customer presence you should get a good customer experience, but these service persons went above and beyond to satisfy us not knowing what we are going through. I expected them to bark back, but clearly at home they have been trained better than most of us, making them worthy of praise. So I say to you at this location thank you, thank you, thank you, for your kindness and I salute you for your service at this (Midvale/Tucson) location. I bless you for take care of us and being so kind to my sister even after her poor behavior. You are certainly worth 5 STARS! ✨✨✨✨✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Read moreOrdered online for pickup at 6:00 pm Arrived a few minutes early. Was greeted and asked my name. Gave them my last name, spelled it twice. They looked and said order hadn't come in yet. OK. At 6, asked again, because I saw them put an order on the self. Thinking it was mine, somebody, presumably a manger, asked my name. Again, gave my name again, spelled it again, still no order, asked if they could look up by order number, no "I can only see the order number once it comes in" Really? OK, They ask could it be under another name, no, It's my account and I only have one name. Showed them the order on my phone and asked if they could just make it, as I've already paid. Nope, has to come in to the system. Asked me if I was at the right store, yes, I'm at the right store and showed them the order on my phone again with the address. They asked again if it could be under a different name. Really? How many times do I have to tell you my name. Showed him my account with my name at the top on the phone and he says, oh, it's under David. WHAT?!?! How the hell am I supposed to know their orders come in under first name only?? Do you think you could have asked for my FIRST name to begin with??? Or even ask my phone number??? THAT was on my order slip, he could've verified it with that. Who the hell has my last name as a first name!! When a customer comes in for an online order, ask the customer what name it's under and CLARIFY THAT YOUR SYSTEM ONLY SHOWS THE FIRST NAME!!! Finally got my food, which was the same food I saw them place on the shelf 10 minutes earlier. Luke warm, by the time I got it home. Not happy. Read moreThis has been the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I come atleast once a week. The lady who took my order didn't complete my order correctly even after repeating myself a couple of times. I got to the window and Marah G was there to cash me out. She asked if I had the Bigger plate and I said yes. I also had an order of the rangoons but I didn't think I had to repeat that because I had double checked with the person who took my order. Once I got my receipt I of course checked it and I was missing the order of rangoons. I told Marah that I had ordered them and her response was very nasty. She said that I should have clarified that to her because she wasn't the one who took my order instead of simply charging me the rangoons I asked for. Once she handed me the rangoons she only gave me two and I don't doubt that that was done out of pettiness. So I sat in my car waiting for her to come back to the window and once she did, she asked if I needed anything else and I told her that I only got two rangoons and that there are usualy three in one order and she gave me the biggest eye roll and the nastiest attitude. Which took me by surprise because she messed up and I got no apology for the inconvenience. If I had given a customer at my work place the experience that Marah gave me today, I would have lost my job. I called the store not long after to speak to the manager Ashley to make her aware about Marah's attitude and she apologized and said she would refund me my order and that she would talk to her.
