Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

DO NOT EAT HERE! They messed up on my order 3 times. I went through the drive through with all my hungry children hoping to get a quick fix, HORRIBLE Idea! I asked for the pack of 12 tacos half regular and half soft with only cheese and meat. When I got my food I seen that they were all hard shell with cheese only, I parked and got down from my vehicle and went back in and politely asked if they could fix my order I even said I was sorry (for their mistake) They took my whole order back and said they would remake it. When they gave it back they gave me back half of the same tacos and the soft ones I asked for when I opened up the old tacos it was the ones with no lettuce. Annoyed that they couldn’t get it right the 2nd time around I asked if they can just refund my money back, the supervisor Vanessa told me “alright well give me back the food” I said my kids already ate a couple and this is ridiculous, she then said all they can do now is remake the food. After they remade the food Vanessa asked if I wanted to check the food so I did and of course the new tacos had lettuce only and no cheese. I said “Vanessa this is 3 times and you all couldn’t get my order right”? To that she said nothing and I said omg never mind drove off, while they were remaking the food I seen Vanessa laughing towards her employees who were in the back making the food. This Taco Bell location must not care at all about rapport with the public. Went here on a seemingly not busy afternoon, only one car in front of me, and I ordered ONE a-la-carte taco. I waited over 20 minutes. The person in front of me was allowed to place multiple orders after driving up to the window to pay. The person behind me began to honk. I googled the location's phone number from the drive thru and called and asked the manager on duty named Tawnya to ask the patron in front to pull forward. Tawnya refused. She stated Taco Bell policy is to not ask patrons to pull forward. I responded by telling the TB employee that holding people against their will, stuck in a line, was a huge liability and illegal. The woman still refused to resolve the back-up issue. Something that could have been so simple. After 25 minutes, I no longer wanted my ONE TACO. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food but this location is the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. We ordered our food, it was great; the downfall had been the service. My wife needed to change her shirt for church and use the restroom, she asked and recieved the key for the restroom. During the process of managing her business an employee vigorously pounded on the door. My wife asked for the employee to hold on. Then the employee pounded again. She asked to hold on once more, but the employee unlocked the door and charged in saying, "I no hold on, you get out now." No one deserves to be talked to like the way she talked to my wife. We were dressed very clean and there could have been no possible way we could have been confused for homeless individuals, we were dressed for church on Easter.
