Daisy Exchange — Local services in Tulsa

I love their variety of clothes and the cheap prices they always have! I have shopped here for 4 yrs and its been my #1 place to go, in fact the manager knew me by name. I started going in the evenings recently taking my clothes in to sale and the girls were very rude & snotty saying they couldn't do anything w my clothes keeping 1 or 2 items of my 3 bags of name brand clothes mostly coming from the buckle. They made me feel uncomfortable 2 where i didn't even want 2 shop & the other night i took in 3 items they didn't want so i wanted them back and as I was paying 4 what i bought she never gave me my bag back, 1 item being a Bratz hoodie. When i realized it i called told them 2 pls hold it I'd b back to get it bc i wanted my stuff back they forgot 2 give me she said they had 2 donate it!!! I said let me talk to ur manager so she took my info nobidy called, by the time I got there the manager said well we can't hang on 2 ur stuff i said it was ur employee's fault she didn't give it 2 me i specifically said i waa picking it up she treated me terribly 4 the 1st time I'm not going back 2 that store bc of the customer service...that store is going 2 lose so much business bc of the employees acting unkind and stuck up! I'm taking my business and the 40 or 50 women I've referred there with me and i shopped there...

I’d honestly rate this place zero stars if I could. The people who work here are always rude. I’ve come in a few different times thinking maybe it was just the people on the day I visited but no, this is consistent every time I’ve gone in. They seem to decide when you walk in if they’re going to buy from you. I was told my items were “worn” when most everything I brought in was bought within the year and some worn only once. I looked thru their items to get a feel of what they’ve been accepting and it made me laugh. There is apparently no rhyme or reason to what they buy because some of the things on the sales floor had holes and were actually worn. The only nice stuff really was what they bought new for their store. It almost seems to me that the workers bring in their old stuff and have each other buy it because why else would they have items for sale that are literally damaged but don’t buy items that are basically new. I’m surprised they’re still in business considering how they treat people who visit their store and with the stock they carry to sell. Don’t waste your time going to this place. The staff at uptown cheapskate are much nicer and they actually have nice clothes for sale, if you’re going to...

Let me just say.. the people working here is very rude. I took in clothes the other day. Mind you it was 20 minutes before they closed. I asked the girl was they still buying at this time she said yes. I had one little small bag.. she took the bag looked in it for like 2 seconds and basically said they didn't want any of it. Because it's not what they're looking for. Okay so your not taking summer dresses? Or shorts?? Okay..... She was very rude. If she didn't want to do it in the first place she should've said it's to late for us to buy. I would've been fine with that. But I guess it's better to insult the customer than to help or make them feel welcomed. Daisy exchange needs to re train their people on customer service. Or get some people that's properly trained. I would rather go to plato's closet and their the worst.. 😑 to be honest I believe it's because I'm Black I'm sure!! Not cool I won't ever come here or tell my friends or family to...
