WOW. I have been coming to this store since its opening, always a great experience until today. We come every week and load up on 99 cent day. Spend anywhere from $30-$120 every single week. After today (June 19) I’m afraid that will not be a thing anymore. Today (writing this at 2:24pm) I found some jeans I liked and wanted to try them on. I noticed one fitting room had a stool behind the curtain so I assumed it was closed. I went to the register to ask a lady whether or not she knew the fitting room was closed and if she could have someone assist since it was backed up over there. The lady (who I found out is a new supervisor) just said “I don’t know” and turned around to continue what she was doing as if I was no longer standing there. Didn’t bother to call another employee up to assist or anything. I later found out she is a new supervisor. Where’s the customer service? I was so surprised after this experience. I’m sorry but after donating to this store and shopping here every single Thursday I will not tolerate...

They won't allow family members of the military or first responders get the discount on military day. I asked them to do tax exempt because they REFUSED to allow me to do my military even though I have before and had to have a manager come up front. The manager had to be called twice because he was out smoking. He came up front with smoke coming out his nose. Smelling terrible. He got a phone call on his cell phone, while never addressing me or even asking what was wrong. He took the call, then complained about a person to the lady at the register. The lady at the register says she was married and DIVORCED TWICE to TWO different ex military people. NOTE NOT MARRIED STILL... and said they won't let me do my military discount. I have been with my husband since the beginning. He serves for 20+ years. I HAVE my ID along with my DISABLED VET tax expert card. EXTREMELY rude management and cashier. They WAY over price things and that is why I went on discount days to get to what SHOULD be discounted prices....

I was a regular ever since they opened their doors. I even brought 3 pizzas for all employees one Sunday. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by to check what was new, as I am approaching the exit I got stopped by an older woman that I had never seen before, who asked me to show her my purse, I did, of course I had nothing but my stuff, so the she proceeded to ask me why my purse was so big, at that point I was so mad and embarrassed that I just left and never came back. Shame on you! Most cashiers have always been great, new employees are rude and have no clue what they are doing. I'm not...
