White a couple days past the last edit now im scared to do any buisness here how will I know my stuff will be safe and when it brokes I won't get screwed over and told it's only 30 days not 60. However... This time I Feel like I got the shit end off the Deal,
I pawned my TV my 800 TV For $100. absolutely NOTHING was wrong With it.
I was just in there Not 2 days ago Spent $500. while I was There I checked my pawn. Was still 30 days out from it's final due date. I had just paid on it 30 days ago and I knew I had time to come get it this week.
However. I log in to see how much it would cost and it's gone dropped disappeared you can't even access your payment arrangements or payment nothing.
Normally you get 60 days before it drops out not 30. But since my TV suddenly breaks they say paying online o ly gives you 30 days not 60. When it just said 60 not a couple days ago when I checked.
I go to the store and see it setting on the shelf smashed to hell.
So I get the shit end of the deal. My 800 dollar TV is ruined. And I get nothing. Not even offer another TV of similar price / quality which is what is feel should of happened. Iv been a loyal customers for years.
This is NOT the first time this has happened either i just thought things got better guess i was wrong i pawned a radio one time and it got broke and they did nothing to fix it either. I stopped using the pawnshop for years. moved away came back new people was working there Michaels always been cool and helped me out ut after this i jjst dont feel like I can trust them.
I'm not sure if I should go pull my layaway ask for a refund. And let my sons steamed know go or get it out. It's already missing items I pawned it with. Yes I did lose it. Then out it back in layaway so I didn't know a fit about the case tmo I did ask about it.
NO compassion nothing just Oh well Next move along. Thats jacked up.
I mentiond i just spent 500 i bought a gold flip. The screen goes black within the first day. I took it back (already activated it to my tmobile service.) I see a zfold 3 has a little damage down the middle I take it says unlocked. However. Guess what. Lie. Lo ked to at&t so I have to keep service threw att for 60 days before they will unlock it a d my tmobile won't even delete the line that can't even be activated.
This is all bs.
If paying online only gives 30 days not 60 like the store they need to be more transparent I feel like they broke my TV then covered it up so I got screwed.
Still think Michael is a good guy but this was wrong and needs fixed. ....end edit.... Michael is the best.
Honestly iv had bad service from this place I'm the past and nothing but too notch service since Michael started...
Read moreWe dropped by here Friday early evening and the District Manager was there and I politely ask if I could do a couple videos w/o showing any bodies or faces cause I always ask she wouldn't even look at me but she proceeded by smacking her hands on the counter and said in a gnarly voice I can't stop you and "tried" to show she had power storms around the counter an stomps out the front door I don't think I have ever met with such a sad angry frumpy poorly inexcusable person that would act so irresponsibly with the job she has especially with a store full of customers I was mortified by her actions cause she was hela scary I tried to apologize but to no avail I made a purchase for someone a camera before someone found out it didn't work they tried to get this person to take it home it would work fine out of the store it was the lighting that was causing it not to work so this person looks at me I shake my head no and suggest they return it immediately and get the money back I knew if we had left that store there would be no return no refund the worker told this person he didn't have that much knowledge about cameras and for them to go to the other end of the counter and he would be right with them I kinda felt bad for him seeing the work atmosphere first handed so I bought some movies an such so he wouldn't be accused of messing up a sale or whatever I could not would not work under someone with such poor work ethics at least the underlings had manners sorry to say I gave the DM an F when you work with the public & have customers you must always put your best self forward There were six of us "adults"and needless to say we won't be returning but workers and faithful "if any"customers best of luck to you No wonder you don't have/or receive better reviews 2.7 🙄 Steer clear of this place find another more customer friendly place like CASH AMERICA PAWN just a couple miles north on Peoria...

Which isn't true(I looked at the prices before I steped foot in there) the interface sold by itself is over a 100 dollars.
