ZERO STARS!!! The only person allowed to make a decision is Jodee, and she is nearly impossible to reach. It took weeks to get her to give me the time of day and to communicate my simple job request. It was frustrating and a time suck. When she finally finished the work, part of it was wrong. I wasn’t entirely surprised considering how terrible the communication had been. I understand mistakes happen. What matters is how well it’s handled. Well when I brought the mistake to their attention, I became the enemy. I was treated with a rude, eff you attitude and with absolutely no offer to resolve the situation. In fact, I offered them a solution I thought was a fair compromise and they ignored me. To save myself any further time and stress, I paid the bullies in full and put them in my rear view mirror. Avoid this place like the plague! I found myself needing to replace my motorcycle seat and spent a lot of time looking on the web and prices well into the 400 dollar plus range to replace. I went to Kinetic Playground and they referred me to Finished edge. Upon my arrival I was greated pleasantly and promptly, I explained what I needed and wanted and was informed that it wouldn't be a problem and they could most likely have it done in 1 business day!!!! Needless to say my seat is AWESOME,and at half the cost of new,and done in 1 day. Great shop. Owner is down to earth. Walked in with a torn boat cover to see if they could repair. Material was torn and two zippers needed to be replaced. They said they could fix it no problem. Repaired in 4 days at an extremely good price. Took it home, had a minor problem with one of the zippers. The owner said he would fix it and had it to me the next day.
