I don’t understand how this place has ever got a 5 star rating. Christy is an unbearable property manager. They refuse to fix anything wrong with the house. They do not communicate at all. They screw you over any chance they get.

I’m gonna start from the very beginning. When we first moved in we paid 2000 dollars just to move in. And on the move in day christy demanded we pay her another 900 out of nowhere. Literally no communication just demanded we pay her even more. Then any problem we have. They immediately try to flip it and claim it’s our fault. Then just a few weeks ago my house flooded badly from my toilet while I was at work. I get home and see my entire house is flooded. So I tried calling Christy a few times she never answered sent me straight to voicemail twice. After I left her a voicemail she just texted me and said to put in a maintenance request. While I’m standing in ankle deep water in my house. Then after putting in maintenance requests, nothing happens. After 3 days is when they finally decided to do something. They only sent someone to fix the toilet. Not the floors not the carpet nothing just the toilet. Meanwhile my carpet is soaked and my wood floors are starting to warp because they are sitting in a pond. So I took the initiative and removed the floors so they could dry and be put back. After a week or so they tell me I shouldn’t have removed the floors. And are trying to charge me for saving the floors. If I wouldn’t of removed the floors I’d be living in mold and they would of had to buy new flooring. So really I saved they’re floors and they’re trying to charge me 500 for doing there job. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not move here. They’re the most greedy company. They don’t care about you or your family...

DONT RENT FROM THEM!...... I have my rent automatically deducted , I hired my own handyman to do several repairs around the house I gave a month and a half notice to vacate at the end of my lease I have been very compliant about showing the house I even suggested that she take updated pictures because the old ones were so bad and a relative had a motor vehicle accident which ended up in death I had to leave The house suddenly on Monday to go to Sallisaw Oklahoma and then Fort Smith hospital at that time there were no pending appointments JENNIFER Taylor wanted to schedule one of course after I was at Sallisaw and I told her of the extenuating circumstance ...she got very irritated did not even say I am sorry and she hired a lock Smith when she had already asked me if I wanted to reschedule and since I left suddenly I had money out jewelry out bank statement out I don't want strangers in my house and she has been texting me non-stop even though I explained that was an emergency situation and there were no showings set up at the time I left!!!!.... I could go...

I am originally from Tulsa but live out of state. Last year I bought a rental property in Tulsa and Cristy Collum with Homeworx was recommended to me by the escrow officer who I worked with when closing on the house. I have been VERY satisfied and impressed with Cristy's professionalism, respect, transparency and communication in the almost year and a half now that I have worked with her. She really did her homework in terms of helping to set a realistic rental price based on comps and in helping me manage the process of preparing my house to be rented. She helped find really excellent, stable renters, and has been very responsive and prompt in all her communications both with me and with the renters. She makes herself readily available to answer questions that I have, and gives helpful, thorough and realistic advice. I couldn't be happier with choosing Homeworx and Cristy to manage...
