The manager Atlice ( not sure how to spell that ) however was the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with in fast food. My husband has been working in food for 27 yrs and still has never had someone so rude.I asked for extra Mayo and I know it will say that on the screen if it’s ordered. It did not say that on the screen it said just mayo. I told her I needed extra mayo. She argued with me again and said there is there will be extra mayo I said it’s not on the screen. She was so rude and said trust me, it will have extra mayo. What else do you want it was the tone and how unbelievably mean she was my food came out and as I suspected not only did not have extra Mayo it barely had mayo at all. so I press the button again explain to them that the manager had argued with me and assured me that I had extra mayo and I didn’t want to ask for anymore because she was so rude and they said they can remake my sandwich honestly, I did not trust it to be remade as I could tell the manager was being vindictive and purposely making my sandwich wrong so I asked for packets and that was fine with me so they brought out a little bowl of mayo for me and it looked funny. I didn’t look right and I didn’t trust it so I threw it out the window. That was my experience with a sonic. Any type of food establishment that has someone act like that cannot be trusted and I would never go back, and I would never recommend them either. I will be contacting corporate immediately. Sonic you really should watch whom you hire bc this manager isn’t meant for food. Read moreThis Sonic location went from being the best, to being just another understaffed, high employee turnaround, under-quality food restaurant. You had great servers who were kind, caring, apologetic, and the female servers represented themselves very well. But now you only see a couple of car hops who have that same caring characteristics. The food quality has suffered as well. Nothing tastes fresh anymore. The quality of ice cream isn't as good as it used to be. This location has had a big, deep hole in its driveway for years that would only take a day to repair, but for some reason is too difficult for Sonic to start the repair. Also, I've seen a lot of employees go out for a 15 minute smoke break, smoke a couple of cigarettes, then go back inside and start back to work without washing their hands. Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews. This isn’t about the food or service…it’s about the fact that you don’t know when they will be open or not. I take my other half to work at 6:30am. I love the app where I can order ahead so I place my order as I’m leaving home so it will be ready when I get there. It’s so convenient…until you get there…I’ve already paid for my order…and they aren’t open. There is an employee there outside so I roll down my window to ask how to get refunded. On the app you have to cancel 5 minutes before your arrival time. This employee was beyond aggressive and rude, however I do understand she wasn’t even on the clock yet. That being said I would never talk to anyone the way she aggressively talked to me…. She was extremely rude for no reason.
