Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tulsa

The Establishment is called Sonic, they can't even move fast enough to serve the three cars that was in there lot. I got there at 11:10 did not leave there until 11:35 and I didn't even get my food until the latter time! I ordered a number one with mayonnaise in the number 3 Mustard Pickles lettuce only both with fries and cokes to drink. They only had two people working the entire restaurant! I'm a manager in hospitality I understand labor cost and food cost what it takes to run a restaurant that is on a busy street like 21st and Memorial Drive. The food was subpar the fries were not even hot when they brought it out it was stale the burgers had no lettuce on them they had strands of the core pieces of lettuce, those burgers were smashed down to thin sized and from what I remember of Sonic that have nice thick well made burgers in the past! What or who dropped the ball here. This place was clean CarHop which is also the drink maker which is also the order-taker which was also on the food line was exceptionally friendly she said her script without missing a beat and still smiled even though she was overwhelmed! So kudos to her! She told me her name but I forgot it cuz I was so upset about the time two fries and two drinks and two burgers out to my truck! So I hope someone's from Sonic on 21st and Memorial Drive reads this and takes it into consideration that sacrificing labor cost for customer service and dimensions of the name Sonic for slow service was definitely not worth it and I will not be back to this...

STOP!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from the 21st and Memorial Sonic!!! Wow I don't think they need to have their doors opened. So I place an online order this morning at 803am. I waited and waited for the food to come out. At 15 minutes till 9 I pushed the red button to found out when my order would be ready. But no one answered so I called the store but once again no one answered. As everyone knows when you place an order online they take the money First. So I couldn't even cancel the order. I ordered 3 of the exact same toaster combo meals. When they did come out. They was missing one of the drinks. One of the sandwiches had bread that was very hard think you could break a window with it. The other two the sausage was burnt like black burnt. The tots well, they was ice cold as if they cooked them last night and left them out. So I decided to call in a complaint with the corporate complaint department for Sonic which is in OKC. She told me that I would have to return the food to the Sonic that my food was from. Funny thing was I never left. I asked how was I to do that when no one answered the red button and the phone. I'm very appalled by the customer service I received today not only from the store but from their corporate office as well. I am now for over an hour waiting for a phone call from a manager from Sonic's Corporate office. Never...

on March. 30, 2025 at 9:08 PM I placed a order at sonic in Tulsa Oklahoma address 1919 a memorial. This location closes at 10pm. I check in at 9:12 and waited for a hour. I seen people outside and a man who kept staring out the window. I called the store phone 6 times, honked and tried to speak to someone. I finally called customer support and was told I can't not get a refund because only the store can do this! I wanted a refund cause I will not be eating at sonic anymore after this. Another customer who had online order came and finally got out to knock on the window and the staff member just looked at him as he packed up to leave. At 10pm the staff member came out as we asked about our order and he rudely said "no you won't get your order we are closed just get a refund on the app" when we asked how because there is no refund button he again aggressively said "I don't know I never used the app" and kept walking to this Car. I'm so angry that I didn't get my money or my food back and I'll be talking to corporate every chance I get along with reviews if this doesn't get resolved !! This was a older Caucasian man, glasses and a hat! Worked the closing...
