Pinpoint Resource — Local services in Tulsa

The service and expertise I received when I came into The Pinpoint Resource, was extraordinary. I have some events coming up that I needed a suit for, and didn't have a clue as to the current styles, prices, ect when it came to men's suits. The reviews that I saw for The Pinpoint Resource were off the charts, so I decided to give them a shot. A few moments after my wife and I walked into the store, we were greeted by Becky and Erica. I explained that I was looking for nice suit, that I could wear to multiple events over the next so much time. Becky immediately jumped into action with amazing customer service that you just don't see these days. As she showed me a couple of suits, I could tell that she had exactly the type of expertise I was in search of when I was looking for a place to shop. She accurately eyed my sizing and was spot on each measurement. After deciding on the color and suit, it was time to get marked up for tailoring adjustments that were needed. This was another area I was completely impressed by. I also could see that not only do they have the expertise you need to help you find a suit, but Becky and Erica truly love doing what they do, and believe in the quality of the products they sell and service.

Not only did I get setup with an amazing looking suit, but they also had shoes, a belt, dress shirt, ect that I needed to complete my outfit.

This of course is mostly the technical aspects of The Pinpoint Resource and what they have to offer. But what will stick in my memory about this store, are the people. They were a joy to work with, hang out for a few minutes and just talk, and again, they were a wealth of information and expertise.

I have seen it said in other reviews for this store, but seriously. If you are in need of a suit, ties, shirts, socks, and even underwear, this is the best of the best places to go. And they even gave me a free pair of fun socks. I don't wear a lot of suits, but I will definitely be back the next time I need...

Pinpoint Resource is THE place to go for high quality suits and menswear in Tulsa. I hadn't bought a suit in over 10 years and suddenly needed a new suit for an unexpected event. I originally planned to get something off the rack at a department store chain that I knew I would be unhappy with because of fitting issues, but I called Becky just to see if she might have something for me. It took a little trial and error but we found an amazing suit that only needed minor alteration to the pants below the knees, which I never would have thought possible before (miracle #1). Becky also had my suit ready to wear in 24 hours, which I also thought was impossible (miracle #2), and it fit even better than expected. This by no means should set an expectation for unreasonable turnaround times (1-2 weeks is fast for a well tailored suit), as I went specifically with a suit that was already very close and we made some compromises that ordinarily I wouldn't, and I will probably have it altered again when my need for it is less imminent, but this doesn't to the quality of service and product that Becky and Point Resource provide, and I was a first-time customer! Now I spent a lot more (2-3x) here than I originally planned on spending, but what I got for my money will last longer, look better, and fit me better than anything I was originally planning on, and that's an investment I can be happy with. Thank you Becky! I'll be back after Miracle #3 to round out my suit wardrobe!

(I should also mention that, while not recommended, I had to bring my 3 children with me, and though they were generally well behaved, once we passed the threshold into impatient boredom Becky handled them...

I now understand why Pinpoint has the rating is does. Becky and Erica take Pinpoint to the next level. I can vouch for all of the great reviews and highly recommend coming to them. I was in need of a new suit for some upcoming weddings this summer/fall and had a mediocre experience at a national chain so started looking else where in the Tulsa area and found this gem. I wanted someone that knew what they were talking about and didn’t expect me to be an expert in everything related to men’s formal attire. Becky literally could not have made it easier and she had me sized up without even measuring me that was how good she was. I by no means was an expert and was fortunate to find someone I could trust with what I was looking for and not just getting someone trying to make a sale. She wants you to be happy with what you are getting which is a rare commodity in this world. The quality of the product you are purchasing and the knowledge and expertise of Becky are the reason why Pinpoint has the reputation it does. If you are just considering looking at a new suit and have no idea where to start or are considering purchasing somewhere else and ready to pull the trigger I would highly recommend coming here first just to see what they have to offer and ask their thoughts. Thank you Becky and Erica for all of your help. My wife and I love my new suit and we will be back again soon for the next one.
