When I went in to have a conversation with the owner and the stylist who burnt my hair, the stylist Teresa practically admitted to making the mistake and then looked at my burnt hair and my burnt skin and said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” then the owner smiled at me in an exaggerated way and said “it’s unsolvable”. I think that the right thing to do would have been to tell me if you couldn’t do the style, not wing it with the curl rollers you had. It would have been to not burn my hair off and burn my skin. The right thing would have been to not be defensive and rude when a customer tried to politely ask for a refund for all the damage that you caused. The right thing would be to not write lies on Google to try to make yourself look better. My hair is messed up and my skin is still flaking off from the burns two weeks later. I paid 200$ to have my hair/skin destroyed and to be gaslit to the moon. The picture is from when I flat ironed my hair almost a week after the perm and discovered even MORE missing hair. (I finally decided to flat iron it because I couldn’t look in the mirror anymore)

Going to get your hair done should be an enjoyable experience but there was nothing but frustration with these people. Don’t go here. It’s dirty, the people are awful and if the customer is always right, then why would they burn off my daughters hair horribly (they’re going to say it’s her fault) and blame her? She didn’t burn herself leaving large areas of hair gone. And on top of that it wasn’t the style she asked for. Thanks for the conditioner but it doesn’t make up for the way you treat your clients in general. Don’t go here if you like your hair.

Ronald did an amazing job on my hair! You know how you can never recreate what a stylist does with your hair? Well, not this time. I was scared to try to fix my hair but the cut I received is so good I can fix it just like he did! Well, almost. I love it!

If I could I would give this 10 stars. Susan was amazing. She really helped me find the haircut that was right for me and she was so nice. It took hours to do because I had such thick and long hair. She had to stay much later than normal and she totally under charged us. We gave her a 80% tip because she was so absolutely amazing. If you want your haircut done right, go here and...
