On October 26th 2016 I purchases $156.26 in pizza from the Mazzios location at 51st and Sheridan. I took the food to feed approximately 30 people on site for one of my customers. Within hours of eating the pizza myself along with several of the employees for my customers got extremely sick. From vomiting to diarrhea I couldn’t keep anything in my body. I called the Mazzios hotline and spoke to a customer service representative who told me that she would have a supervisor contact me within a few hours. A couple days later after not having heard back from anyone I called again. It was the same results, they told me that someone would get in touch with me within a few hours. I patiently said ok and waited. After several more days of not hearing anything I went in to talk to the store manager and have the money refunded onto my company credit card. I walked in and asked for the manager, the lady told me that she was the store manager. I explained why I was there, I told her that I was there for a refund on the poison pizza they sold me. She told me I would have to call the number I had already called twice and refused to help me. I demanded my refund, note I never raised my voice or disrespected her in any way, she asked me to wait on her to make a phone call. Nat this point I was actually expecting her to do the right thing and call a supervisor to get authorization for the refund if she really didn’t have the authority to do so. Nope, she called security to have me escorted out of the building. Even the security guard told me that was the most ridiculous thing he’s seen in the farmers market. This is my final attempt to allow you to do the right thing and refund the money before I go 100% public on this. You have until 5:00 pm today to contact me and refund the money or I will go to every news station in Tulsa. I have even filled out the paperwork with the city of Tulsa to stand in front of the store with a sign and protest. I called again today and all the supervisor did was give me an insurance companies phone number. You by far have the worst customer service I have ever...
Read moreCongrats to this location on losing a loyal Mazzios customer (over 30 years). We had a large party, multiple calls 2 weeks in advance, to try to get a reservation and we were told that this location doesn’t do reservations. So we just showed up with our 20 person party. My daughter was told we couldn’t use the two “spare” rooms because they were both already reserved. Part of our party had already seated themselves in one of the rooms. When we went to order our pizza we were asked if we were with the party that had it reserved we said “No, we were told multiple times that this location doesn’t do reservations” “Well that room is reserved so you will have to sit in the lobby” I asked about the other room and I was told it “wasn’t set up” I went to check and it had tables and chairs, lights came on, so I told them it would work for us. The lady (who I was told by the cashier that she was the manager) that said it wasn’t set up said okay and rolled her eyes. So we switched rooms. Once we got everything set up we went to order our food and the cashier was real snotty and said “BTW for future reference you need to call and make a reservation” I called, my daughter called, and her boyfriend’s mom called. We were all told that they don’t do reservations. I told her as much and she tried to tell me I didn’t because only her and the manager can put in reservations. I was flat out told “We don’t do reservations, We will see you when you get here”The staff was incredibly rude. Gave us dirty looks everytime they passed by, when they brought our food out they were hateful. The final straw for me though was my daughter asked for a box to take pizza home and when we opened it we realized THEY GAVE US A DIRTY BOX. The other people that “reserved” the other room never showed up. I have a feeling they were just trying to get us to leave because they didn’t want to serve a party of 20. Well not to worry, I will never spend another dime in any Mazzios...
Read moreThis is the 3rd and LAST time we will try this location. They advertise all you can eat buffet, however they can not keep up with demand. We informed them when we first arrived that they were out of sweet tea and hour later when we left still no sweet tea. There were no plain pizzas on the buffet no just hamburger or sausage or pepperoni everything was full vegetable style pizzas we asked several times to see maybe if we could just get like a plain one meat topping pizza on the buffet or cheese pizza we were told we put those on there but we never saw any when we asked are you going to put in desserts out we'll get to them when we can we were in this restaurant for over an hour never saw any desserts coming out my kid literally hated every minute of it because kids want plain Pizza not all the vegetables so she was picking everything off it was a disaster they were clearly understaffed but it's a corporate chain if you're going to advertise an all you can eat then you should be prepared for it pizzas can be pre-made and ready to pop in the oven so you don't fall that far behind and for the fact that we sit there for over an hour and never had desserts come out to the dessert buffet never had sweet tea made never had a plain pizza put out and if there was there were literally people standing in line to scarf it up so they would put one medium Pizza out and the first three people in line got all the pizza and then everybody else was still sit and wait 10 to 15 minutes for the next pizza. All three of our visits have went like this and the same rude worker telling everyone we will get to it when we get to it....
