Nice group of guys here. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the broker I booked my load to here with. It would appear that they also have an office in Tupelo, but I’m going to hold off on naming them for now.

This unscrupulous broker has no problem lying to their carriers, and giving you a false appointment time to get you booked for a rate that is most profitable to them. This same broker company has done this to me before. I will never book with them again unless I can verify delivery appt with receiver.

I showed up at 830am only to be told that my real appointment time was 1830 that same night. Another guy arrived at about the same time and was informed that his actual appointment was for tomorrow!

Luckily for both of us, they were able to get us unloaded - but I was told that this is usually not the case and that trucks are usually refused delivery until the actual appointment time! The receiver also told me that trucks frequently show up here with false contracted appointment time. This is fraud on the broker’s part - I’m sure they’re well aware of that but continue to do it anyway.

If you are a carrier booking a load to this facility, I would make sure that you get detention on your ratecon starting 1 hour from contracted appointment time. Also verify appointment time, if possible, with the receiver before you allow any freight to be loaded...

Not sure about all the reviews I read. I was a little nervous after we accepted the load but omg were the reviews so wrong; at least for us. We arrived at 1400 for a 1500 appointment. Never even had to go inside; the amazing gentleman in the parking lot got our paperwork then came back like 10 minutes later and told us our dock#. We pulled in and by 1630 we had our paperwork in hand and ready to leave. Everyone was very professional and polite. There is a bathroom that's marked drivers restroom, never used it so can say how clean it was but it was there if needed. There is a small gas station across the street. The cons: There is not much room to turn around but enough that you won't hit anything. No over night parking that I noticed but quite a few places close...

Drivers beware after you are loaded it took us 3 hours to get paperwork then found damaged product on the trailer brought it to management's attention they said they were going to take care of it backed back in the dock waited another hour said we where good to go pulled back up had not touched it said something about the damaged product again they said don't worry about it they do it all the time got to delivery and guess what it was refused then we have to get rid of it but they want a receipt for the damaged case basically long story short check your load and don't pull it if you have damaged product don't take the management or workers for their word because...
