Lost Pizza Co. Tupelo West Main — Restaurant in Tupelo

Usually i great service but today don't know what thier problem was ordered a pizza and bucket of beer told them i would be eating outside after 10 minutes no one brought my bucket had to go in to tell them they oh we forgot so went back outside our pizza arrived before our bucket of beer then my daughter opened the paper on the silverware instead giving her a fork they gave her a spoon she had to stand in line for a fork got that all done then realized she didn't bring us paper towels had to get some off the table next to us sad thing i gave a tip when i paid i will not do that again they need to earn the before...

Called in to place an order... A young lady answered. I asked a few questions in regards to any deals that they may have, she responded. So i proceeded to place my order, and my wife who was across the room could hear the attitude from the young lady on the phone. So i hung up, and i was a little confused, so i asked my wife, “ did she have an att-“ my wife cut me off with a loud YEEEES!! The young lady hung up so quickly that I didn’t get a price for my order, so I immediately called back, simply to ask for the price, literally less than fifteen seconds later. Not many food restaurants and good restaurant employees left it seems. Not so at this place. I went on 05/28/25 around 5:30 pm and received the best of everything. My wife was out of town on a trip during our anniversary and I was preparing for a night at home with just me, the dog and some cheesy movies. I went in and ordered takeout. The young lady that took my order was awesome and very nice. The food came out quickly and was just what I ordered. Don't say there are NO good restaurants and employees left anymore.
