One 7/14/22 I sent a request form on information reguarding a bike, on 7/16/22 I went to this dealer in order to look further into purchasing/financing the bike. When I got there is wants exactly what I was wanting. During this time I was contacted by a salesman named Eric, outstanding salesman. He helped me find the bike that I had always wanted and this is the best part, he didn’t try to push me into buying it he didn’t try to push me into another bike nor did he try to push me into payments I knew I couldn’t afford. This salesman is transparent, thorough, and honest. He’s not there to just make a sale. He followed up with me the following day and made sure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I’m now a proud owner of a Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic.

Moral of the story, if you’re looking for a bike and want good customer service and want someone to work with you, go ask for Mr.Eric Upson and tell him Andrew sent ya.

Everytime i stop by T-Town HD iI feel like family. I recently took my 2022 HD Fat Bob in for some upgrades. Ryan at the parts counter worked with me to help me choose the absolute best parts to meet my needs. Ryan contacted me be phone to notify me when parts shipped and kept me informed when parts arrived. Colton in the service department worked with me to select the best time to schedule my drop off that worked best with my work schedule. Nathan in service was my mechanic for this evolution. He met with me during drop off and reviewed my work order, going over each part with me and made sure that he had a thorough understanding of my needs. Once my work was complete Ryan contacted me by phone to notify me that my bike was ready for pickup. Colton and Nathan both met with me during pickup to thank me for allowing them to service my bike. I was on a memorial day ride from Louisiana to Chattanooga going to see my father. Tuscaloosa is about the halfway point. Leaving Meridian Ms. early on Saturday morning I heard something that just didn't sound right with my '05 Deuce. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened the store. Bout ten minutes later one of the guys asked if I had an issue. They got my bike on the rack, assured me they would get me straitened out and on my way. Less than 45 minutes later they had checked out my bike, thanked me for my military service and sent me on my way. Didn't charge me a dime and even put my bike on the dyno. Finished the 1100 mile trip with no issues and miles of respect and appreciation for the staff at T- Town Harley. A+ in my book. Thanks again guys.
