After using this appliance warehouse in the past a few years ago to purchase a washer, I had no problems everything went good on the first purchase.Recently my washer went out so on February 18th I went in, it was on a Saturday. The washer was 280 plus tax and I payed 50 dollars delivery fee, so they brought it out that Tuesday. 2 weeks later I went to get a load of clothes out and the machine hadn't spinned all the water out. My husband called and the guy ended up replacing the clutch on the washer. Next few days tried another load and it did the same thing, so he ended up replacing it with another washer but it was the same brand. Sunday was gonna try to wash just some towels and socks guess what happened next lol. Standing water my husband had to help me take the clothes out and ring them out by hand before putting in the dryer. By this time it is 3/13/2023.Called Monday morning my husband talked to who ever answered the phone saying the guy who does deliveries will call you back. I told my husband if I had of known ,the delivery guy was the repair man also. I would of never gotten anything from there that's really cheap , 1 man can't do all those jobs. And I never gotten a call back that's a lesson learned always buy new , you won't have problems like that...
Read moreI bought a used washer and dryer from them in 2018. Upon request, I was given stainless steel hoses for the washer. I noticed rust in the drum of the washer after it was delivered, and the owner allowed me to exchange it for another washer without charging me for another delivery.
The washer left black particles behind after a wash. After talking to the people at Appliance Parts, I determined that the particles were rubber from the hoses that came with the washer. After replacing the hoses and doing many loads to flush the particles out of the system, the particles stopped appearing. The washer stopped agitating and spinning after eight months of use. I called and was told it would be $60 to come diagnose the problem.
The dryer make loud squeaking noises when I started using it, but the owner said this was not covered by the 30-day warranty. The squeaks stopped once I duct-taped one of the panels so it couldn't vibrate. The dryer stopped heating a couple of months later. I took it apart and found that the dryer manifold was full of lint and that the wire to the hi-lo thermostat was burned out. After removing the lint and replacing the wire, the dryer worked fine. The vent tube was also coated with lint, so I replaced that to prevent future...
Read moreThis is by far the worst appliance store I have ever dealt with. I bought a refrigerator from them in November of 2016 and paid more than it was worth because they said that they would repair it if it broke for only the cost of the part. In January (less than 2 months later) the refrigerator broke and they came out and "fixed" it and charged me for the part and then the cost of the part again in labor. In February (less than a month later) the refrigerator broke again and they were "too busy" to come look at it in time to make a difference. I made an appointment for them to come fix it and was told that they would be here after 5pm but they showed up early (before I could get off work) and left a note on the door. Finally they stated that they didn't know when they would be able to get back around to look at it. Please if you are considering buying from this place do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to avoid being sold defective appliances and then having them...
