On 2 occasions I have needed to call this place to ask about certain services. Both times I have called 20+ times, and no one ever answers. I've had it with this store so I will no longer use it, but right now I'm in a smartass mood because of them so I'm about to go to the store, while still calling, and see who is actually ignoring the phone calls. I will stand there and keep calling while looking at this person. Then when I'm satisfied I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau cause this store deserves it. It's not only this though. Every time I go there is always just one worker at the checkout. There could be 10 people waiting in line for a while, and still only one person at checkout. Read more1 register and 2 self checkouts with long lines and over 6 employees working at 1 time during the late or evening shift. More than 20 people in line while waiting for an employee who halfway knows what he’s doing behind the register. This is what is wrong with America. Not to mention the 3rd register(self check out) covered with clutter from I’m assuming things that need to be stocked. You can’t even walk on the back isle without running into stuff that just needs to stocked. Also employees stocking wouldn’t even get out of my way while I shop putting items in the cart.
