Fiesta Mexicana — Restaurant in Tuscumbia

We saw good reviews, decided to give this place a try. That was a mistake. After we were seated, nobody came by to take our drink orders, though someone did drop off some chips and salsa. After a while, I stood up to look around, see if there were any workers in the area. There was one, and he saw me and came over, so we put in our drink and food orders. The drinks didn't take too long, but when the waitress brought my wife's food, she said mine would be right out. Nope. More waiting. I asked a couple of people if my food was coming out any time soon, and got confused looks and no more attention. After my wife finished her food, we were able to get a waitress' attention to get the check. I didn't want to take a chance on them taking a long time with the credit card, so I put down just enough cash to pay for my wife's food and drink, rounded up to the next dollar. If I'd had change, I'd have tried to pay it to the penny. Nobody working the front today (Aug 9, 2024) should have a job in the restaurant business. If there's any sort of manager who was supposed to be working today, they should be fired immediately, with no severance and barred from being rehired. Don't waste your time going to Fiesta. Came to eat for lunch ordered the chicken fajitas took a bite and the chicken tasted really off I waited for the server to come back told her the chicken tasted spoiled she looked at me like I was crazy asked if I wanted another one told her no thank you she brought me the check and charged me for the food I sent back I went up to the register and told the manager it’s not right that I’m being charged for something I literally took one bite of that did not taste right, her answer was they have been serving that chicken all day and nobody else complained and that the charge was also for the side salad and stuff that came with them and that I ate half of the tiny patch of lettuce and sour cream I told her no maam the plate I sent back has that rolled up in a tortilla which is literally the only bite I took out of the food and that it wasn’t right. She finally took it off when I told her I was going to post this review you shouldn’t have to do stuff like that her saying that she tasted my food and she thought it was fine doesn’t make it fine or okay. IT'S BEEN 100% COMPLETELY REMODELED AND IT WAS COMPLETELY TOP CLASS WORK AND IT'S ONE OF THE FINEST FULL SERVICE RESTAURANTS IN THE ENTIRE FLORENCE, MUSCLE SHOALS, SHEFFIELD AND TUSCUMBIA's AREA NOW ! THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A TOP QUALITY AND DELICIOUS FLAVORFUL RESTAURANT TO GO TO IN OUR AREA AND IT'S EVEN ELEVATED THE QUALITY OF THE DISHES AND THE FLAVORS OF THEIR TOP QUALITY AND DELICIOUS FOOD TO AN EVEN HIGHER LEVEL OF THE TOP QUALITY FOOD AND FLAVORFUL FOOD TASTES TO MUCH HIGHER THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GET BETTER.
