Let me preface this by saying I’m not a cigar smoker. I needed to buy a cigar for my son and our family for graduation day. I researched good cigars for a fair price, as my son is a novice cigar smoker. They did not have those cigars in stock. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and directed me to a decent cigar for cheap price. Most bang for the buck he said. I bought five cigars. I think it cost me roughly $65-70. Not being a cigar smoker and having never been in a cigar lounge before, I have nothing to compare this to, but I don’t think I would like to sit and smoke a cigar here. The smell, I guess that goes with the territory. So I’m not gonna comment on that, but the overall cleanliness was subpar. Definitely nothing fancy! Good selection, comfortable place....but! Owner yelled at me for bringing my own smoke. What???? My son bought one while we were there, but the owner went weird on me for bringing my own. I’ve been to several different lounges and see people bringing there own all the time. It shouldn’t be a problem, but apparently it is here. Sorry but that was my last visit...

If I had to limit myself to one word, it would be "hospitality." The folks who work there are great. The regular customers also contribute to make a hospitable atmosphere. While there is great wifi and televisions all over the place, the best entertainment is the interesting conversations to be had with other guests. Last, but not least, the cigar selection...
