Once I was in the store shopping around and my son sees this phone that he wants, so I bought it. The lady that checked us out opened the box like she was checking to make sure it was the correct phone etc, cool beans. When we got home, as my son began to set the phone up, we realize it is NOT the right phone. We take it back the next day and instead of the owner questioning the EMPLOYEE, he asks me why I bought the wrong phone and used it.😕😐 After I informed him that he should question his employee as to why SHE SOLD us the wrong phone, we were able to get a refund. The whole situation made me feel some type of way. The owner didn’t just ask why I bought and used the wrong phone, he yelled it with a store full of customers. UNPROFESSIONAL. The gentleman behind the counter started telling me I couldn't have my service dog in the store, but I found what I needed and proceeded to the register to pay for the product. The gentleman was speaking to another employee in Arabic, and I waited for him to acknowledge me. He rang me up while continuing his conversation in Arabic with the other man. As I collected my change and product, I thanked him and wished him well in Arabic. The man replied to me in Arabic, then realized I was speaking his language. Yes dude, I understood part of your conversation. In the future, this store needs to be aware of two things:

Today, my bf was standing right beside me while I was looking for eyeliner (I had a few items in my hand). There was a lady in a hijab that asked him, “Sir, can I help you with anything?” I looked up and proceeded to tell her, “We’re fine!
