Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tyler

I've never had a fast food order messed up so terribly. I ordered three burgers, two of them with bacon, two tots, and two drinks. The car hop brought out three drinks, none of which I ordered, two burgers, one correct and one without bacon. I told him we are missing a burger and one burger is supposed to have bacon and "these aren't our drinks." The guy looked very confused, apologized, and said he would be back with our order. Ten minutes later and still no food! I buzzed the red button and explained to the order taker that we are waiting on our food we ordered now 20 minutes ago. He acted totally clueless and said "uh, I just got here. They said they are working on it." 5 more minutes go by and no food. I walk inside and tell them I'm waiting on two burgers both with bacon and two drinks. Everyone looked completely clueless. The guy who brought out are order gets something together and brings me a bag with ONE burger and without bacon. Lol! This is supposed to have bacon! And I need one more. And a sprite and root beer. Finally, after a few more minutes they got it right, by this time 30...

We stopped at a sonic in north West Tyler on Gentry pky. I really wanted a Cherry Limeade after the protracted doctor visit. We waited quite a while for our 2 drinks and breakfast burrito. When our order was delivered, the girl quickly handed the drinks and bag, took the money and ran back into the building. My Cherry Limeade was so awful. It had red slime all over the lid and running down the cup. It was filled only 3/4 full and had just a miniscule amount of ice. It tasted horribly sour and overwhelmingly like fake strawberry. I only took a few sips. I did capture the cherry at the bottom and when I bit it the taste of spoiled, fermented fruit made me spit it out. In a word, it was disgusting. I got the impression that the girl knew it and that's the reason she ran back into the building after she gave it to us. We were already headed out of town and I didn't want to turn around and take it back. We tossed it away. The lesson learned is stick to your...

I'm taking away my stars because this Sonic has gotten absolutely ridiculous. They are cutting the amount of food you get so much yet the prices keep going up.

I've given them so many chances since my first review, but at this point I will skip this one and find me another location.

Ordered a cheeseburger today with extra pickles. I got four pickles on my burger. I guess that's what's considered Extra pickles.

My fries were supposed to be a medium and the container wasn't even half full.
