Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tyler

The manager on duty took our order. He was friendly and efficient. Him, I liked. The restaurant was reasonably clean. That's about where the good story ends.

The food took forever to get made, probably because this is a Taco Bell/Long John Silvers combo store. Still, a long time to get the food. The soda machines are older and spew extra carbonated water, making the soda taste a bit off.

When we did get the food it was ok. Hot, as expected (since we had to wait so long), but not overdone and the taste was good enough. Other than the wait and the soda issue, I'd come here again. If nothing else, the manager on duty was so engaging with customers that I have faith any issue I report would be dealt with.

Absolutely awful. Literally only 1 item I ordered was correct. I ordered 2 beefy melts, a veggie burrito and a large cherry sunshine freeze. I only received 1 beefy melt, I got some other random burrito, and then another random burrito of some sort instead of a veggie burrito. I got a medium Sunshine freeze instead of a large. This location has a sorry excuse for staff. They very clearly have no idea how to run a taco bell. The operator for the drive through was also very rude. Everytime I said an item I wanted, she would just keep saying "is that all?" In a very demeaning manor. This is an absolute terrible taco bell. DO NOT come here. DO NOT GO HERE! Went through the drive through and waited there for about 15 minutes. Got my food and it was wrong. Was asked to go inside so it could be fixed. Parked and went inside where I then waited for another 15 minutes. Then they hand me a bag with someone else's order. Then somone comes up to me and looks at my receipt, makes me two new meals after I tell them 1 chicken and 1 fish meal. When I get the boxes back I check again and they are still wrong but it is one fish and one chicken in each box. I told them dont worry about it I technically have the order I asked for. When I get it home, the chicken was fine, but the fish tasted like cardboard and was chewy, so probably old, and the fries were the same.
