Brannen Chevrolet — Local services in Unadilla

While my husband and I were on our way down to Destin, FL, it began to rain. My brand new right windshield wiper blade flew off. Thankfully Brannen Ford was only a couple miles down the road. We pulled up to see the service department was extremely busy and thought we were going to have to wait awhile. The gentleman at the front desk came out right away to get the Vin # to make sure to get the correct ones. A service technician followed him out and double checked the left blade to make sure it was on properly, which of course it wasn't. Turns out my safelite technician that had put the new blades on after fixing a chip had put the wrong clips on. The Ford service technician got new blades, put them on (while it was raining), and double checked to make sure they were secure. My husband and I were so incredibly thankful the team was so friendly and caring, and for getting us taken care of so quickly. I want to give a shout out to a God sent angel Vince. This past Friday night we were headed for a girls overnight getaway and were already running late. We noticed on our way my friends tire pressure kept dropping so we pulled off the interstate to put air in it but quickly realized we would need more than air. We needed to change the tire and neither of us knew how. Across the street was Brannen Ford so we quickly drove over praying someone would be there to help us but they had just closed. Thankfully by the grace of God Vince works late and was our God sent Angel. He changed our tire with no hesitation and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. He did this out of the kindness of his heart. Happy to say we made it to dinner with our friends and enjoyed our getaway and Vince was the MVP of the weekend! Speedometer went out a week prior, vehicle would cut off while driving. Another dealership sold me a battery and tried to sell me an alternator.. there is no way. How can I disconnect my battery for 10 minutes.. reconnect it and be able to drive? What’s charging my battery on the side of the road? They were able to reprogram my computer and you won’t believe it BUT… MY PROBLEMS WENT AWAY!!!! No way!!! 🤪 so glad I didn’t listen to the other guys and spend $1,200 on a battery and alternator… difference between a Technician and Parts Changer. 3 stars because it’s a dealership (stealership) and independents are half the price.
