I had a very unpleasant experience with Brian. He was rude and argumentitive. He was taking his frustration out on me because he did not know how to ring up an order correctly. He tried to get a supervisor to help me who couldn't ring up the order directly either. Brian then kept trying to pursue me to pay the higher price even though it was wrong. As the supervisor was helping me Brian continued to make rude and unprofessional comments throughout the transaction. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of his rude attitude. He also created a HIPAA violation by announcing the status of medical conditions. He then claimed he knew more because he was in the industry for 9 years. Saying I should just pay the higher price. This is highly unprofessional. What makes matters worse is the supervisor did nothing to deescalate Brian's ranting. She would not stop him. I usually don't have a problem here but Brian ruined the entire experience and I don't plan on returning. I will adviseb others to stay...

First time at Lemonade and honestly... never again. I walked in and no one greeted me--employees were just standing around, huddled up, not acknowledging anyone. Super awkward because I had no idea if I should line myself or wait.

When I finally got "help," the lady with glasses who was helping me acted like I was the problem. Zero customer service. I asked for her opinion on the products and she basically brushed me off. She didn't even bother to ask what I was looking for, and half the items I wanted were already sold out. What if I was new and didn't know the menu? Instead of helping, she made it worse.

On top of that, she got my order wrong and then snapped at me for "not speaking louder." I had to return to the store to get the right strains as she did not even ask. She was just so quick to get the transaction over.

The only thing that made it worth it was the 30% off for first-timers--but even with that, the experience...

usually a smooth transition however they were lacking it today. i preordered and they didn’t have it ready when i came thru dude didn’t tell me he was getting my order ready so it just looked like he was stocking or something. he tells me he don’t have one of the items i purchased and just stares at me. i’m like so can you replace it or can you just give me my money back? and he’s like “we can replace it but you gotta tell me what you want i can’t read your mind idk if you want sativa or indica”. so im like can i get it refunded and he’s like i can refund the whole order and i ask can’t i keep the other two items i bought you already have in your hand and he’s like yeah i but i wanted to know whether you wanted to keep the order and pick something else out you know i don’t know what you want you gotta tell me, and i tell him that i already asked for a refund. being a smartass for no reason doesn’t help your business,...
