I shopped here two weeks ago was charged for items I didnāt have went back to let them know what happened the lady told me I had to speak to Lamont he come back Monday. So Monday early that morning spoke to Lamont in person he said he would have to rewind the camera. He took my receipt wrote down some information ask my name and number... never heard from him again. I called the next morning he answered the phone and told me Lamont not in today which I knew was a lie if you just came back on a Monday you the manager and you off the next day which was a Tuesday.. unbelievable. So I called the corporate number they asked the store I shopped my name and number someone will call me back I still havenāt heard from either one. I know for a fact it donāt take much to rewind a camera you just enter the date and time and watch. I came into the store today expressing my concern and trying to figure why. He did not care at all. He told me there was no way for him to pull the transaction back up and no way for him to run the cameras back. He told me to contact my bank instead and call the police and proceeded to walk off and go back to the back. Luckily another worker nice young lady pulled up the receipt with no problem and got down to what happened. Apparently the people before didnāt pay so when my item was scanned I paid for their stuff also. I will never shop here again. I was told that corporate had to investigate & they canāt give me my money back. I will be reporting him...
