Owner: Nishil Patel Manager :Nolton Cashier Teresa Please be careful when eating at this establishment, They hired a new girl who is messing up food orders on the cash register.. As a result of their error the manager acted in a completely rude manner yelling across the restaurant trying to accuse my partner of stealing a drink which we informed the cashier we wanted and thought she had rang up. when I tried to speak with him to figure out what happened since I clearly stated what we ordered to her and a second girl had to come over to assist her with the order, and also to state that I found his behavior and his actions of yelling across a restaurant very unprofessional & that he could have simply said that he believed that the cashier may of made a mistake. I would have been glad to pay if she miss rang the item it wasn't a major thing . He decided to try to raise his voice and then try to accuse my partner of putting the same drink in his pocket.. [This was a drink my partner just opened and took a sip of right before he started to sit down] ... We were both about to sit down at the table to eat in the restaurant. .. It is this type of unprofessional behavior that should not be tolerated in business. It makes no sense to frequent a restaurant that just tried to treat a minority customers like a criminal over a $2.00 drink error that their cashier made. In a climate were people can die over stupidity to be falsely accused of a crime because they hired a unqualified cashier to do a job is inexcusable. It a sad day indeed that this establishment has left this manager in charge. we use to love coming here weekly to grab a bite to eat. After this unprofessional behavior and complete rudeness displayed. I for one will not be spending any more of my money in a restaurant that views us in the nearby community...
Read moreI go to this Subway often as it is really close to work and they offer the convenience of ordering online as to not have to wait in line upon arriving. The service is usually pretty good, however, I was disappointed today. I ordered a footlong Turkey, Bacon, Guacamole sandwich. The sandwich was missing the guacamole and the bacon. This was upsetting because the sandwich costs more than the Turkey footlong. I paid $12.00 for my food and didn't get what I ordered. I have just dealt with it in previous times, but today was really disappointing. The sandwich was put together poorly and it was missing items, which made it kind of dry. I didn't ask for extra sauce on the sandwich because it was supposed to have guacamole on it. I'm really disappointed that I have to write this kind of review, especially because the service is usually really good, and it's really convenient for lunch. I would rather deal with the inconvenience of having to have a longer commute to pick up lunch than to keep having to 'deal' with my order not being correct. Please pay better attention to what the customer ordered to make the sandwich ordered, and if there are items ordered that you don't have, go the extra mile and contact the customer to let them know this. I don't like being charged for items that I don't receive. A couple of bucks may not seem like a big difference, but it makes all the difference in the world when you didn't get what those couple of bucks paid for. Correct this.
I wrote the above review a few months back. I did notice during this time of having such bad experiences John wasn't in the store. Once he returned, everything has been smooth sailing. You get what you asked for, attitudes much better. KEEP JOHN AROUND, HE GETS THE JOB DONE! HIS ATTITUDE WILL DEFINITELY HELP TO RETAIN YOUR GOOD CONSUMERS! When I first entered the store the rude young lady was fussing and cussing at the other employee because she was putting out fresh veggies and meat and she didnt want to wash dishes. I just needed my vegetables on the side and she told me they couldnt do that unless they put it in a bowl, the nicer young lady advised she can put the veggies in cup, all of my vegetables in 1 small clear cup "i ordered 2 footlongs". I told her that will not work, so she put them in cookie covers I told her that was fine. I proceeded to tell her what vegetables I wanted and the rude uncouth one yells thats enough!! I spoke with the manager and he avised he will handle it. I have never in my life been so disrespected. Just because that establishment is in the "so called hood" doesnt mean you cant act professional and carry yourself as if you are at work and serving the public. Customer service is everything and this young lady has none of those skills. She needs training or she needs another job doing something that she doesnt have to deal with the...
