I have been frequeting SPC for nearly 20 years. Sadly, I am now ''Greatly disappointed'' with the salesman and my purchase. 1st; I paid $8600.00 for a snowmobile that was listed as fully serviced 100% ready to use. 2nd; I was told a warranty was being transfered to me. Fact is, there is no warranty. 3rd; it Turned out the exhaust valves were never serviced and stuck shut with carbon. This neglect of service resulted in poor engine performance. Being involved in powersports for 38 years, I serviced the exhaust valves myself (Took 3 hours) however, While riding the snowmobile I noticed a power loss every 15 minutes or so. I contacted Larry and I explained everything twice if not 3 times. He said bring it in I'll reset the valves for free.(Requires a digital wrench program) That didn't work so he suggested recleaning the valves and trying again. (Still free at this time) However, Still didn't work. I was told I now need a $400 actuator and, if I buy the part they will install it at no charge. While waiting on the new actuator I ordered, I got my machine back for the time being and had a feeling I was being lied to again so I removed the exhaust valves and, low and behold I found they did nothing to them. NOTHING. Thinking I now know I can't trust this place I will never contact them again. During my service of my exhaust valves I decided to check the chaincase fluid. It turned out it had never been changed and contained less than half of the required amount of 10.5 fl oz. Had this place done the ''fully serviced'' job correctly before listing the snowmobile for sale, I wouldn't be writing this today. I can not trust them and never will. I am a very honest customer and I respect honest dealers however, obviously they don't exist in Union Grove, WI. I wish I never bought this sled there. I don't think i'll care about this sled...
Read moreWas interested in a like new kids Polaris atv. I contacted them before I left and made the hour and half drive to make sure it was available and told them I would be coming. When I got there it was sitting outside ready for me and cleaned up, and was like new. When they went to start it, it failed to stay running. They took it back to the mechanics and I was told it would take awhile to make it 100%. I had left to make it home in time to pick my kids up from daycare. I was hoping that they got things fixed and get a hold of me. They said they found the problem and got a hold of me right away and even delivering the unit to me at my home. The unit still does start correctly and the past two days my kids went to use it and when it has sat over night it starts so hard and I have to hold throttle open and play with the choke. It runs perfect when it is warmed up. I guess I will have to take it to someone else to get it to start correctly as this unit was...
Read moreCalled last week to make an appointment to bring in my snowmobile for a recall. Was told no problem bring it in any time. Called again today and told them we were bringing it in and the person said they were open till 6. Showed up at 4:45 waited while the service person was on the phone and several other employees just walked past us. Then he told us rudely we should've called. Told him we did and who we talked to. Went outside to get the vin number and put it in computer. Said well we are in summer mode now so your sled will be sitting outside for a few weeks. We said no problem we aren't in a hurry. Told us we could take it and park it in the fenced area. Asked if we would get any help unloading it. "Well we are about done for the day and we are busy" There were two cars in parking lot. Took the sled home and plan on taking it to a dealer that treats me as a customer. Will never ever recommend this...
