The service is good but when you list in your menu alfredo sauce it should not just be heavy cream and butter. Perhaps someone should look up an authentic recipe for alfredo. It is supposed to be a buttery cream sauce with a cheesy and garlicky taste. Not whatever the bland sauce they are serving. I don't mind paying good money for good food but you raised your prices but your quality got less. I have worked in customer service and the food industry for almost 35 years this is not alfredo sauce. Also when you give someone the wrong items you could at least apologize for when you make a mistake. Again I have no problem paying good money for good food. I have an issue paying good money for a poor imitation. Don't advertise it as alfredo sauce if you don't know what alfredo sauce is. You could do very well here if you fix a few things. This small restaurant has been a favorite of mine for 18 years. It's now under the second owner, since I've moved here... but make no mistake, "the food has been fantastic all 18 years"!

In fact the new ownership has kept all the great foods from the old days and added some awesome new ones! The restaurant is small, cozy, and friendly. They offer dine in, pick up, and a generous delivery range of up to 10 miles.

It's tough for small restaurants to compete with other local establishments, but Napoli's is a great choice for unique old world, homemade style flavor and food!

As a small business supporter I never write poor reviews unless there is something exceptionally wrong and I have exhausted my options for having it corrected. With that said, I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service from Napoli's in Union Grove. They delivered the wrong pizza, acknowledged their error, and then refused to send the correct one because they were "too busy." They just gave a few dollar Slyce credit for the price difference, and left me stuck with a pizza that I paid for and didn't even want.
