They used to do an excellent job with manis and pedi’s.

They used to do a good job when the owners were onsite. Now I’m finding that my gel manicure barely lasts a week. The polish starts lifting from the cuticle area after about 5 days. My gel manicures used to be flawless from this business and lasted at least two weeks.

This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. The first time I thought it was a fluke. And I gave them a couple of more chances.

I even tried to explain to the manicurist what happened that last two times and she barely acknowledged by concerns.

Also, the service feels more like a factory. They have become rough with handling your feet during a manicure. It’s almost like they are resentful that you came in and want you out as soon as possible.

It was my first and last time I will not be going back to this nail salon . They do not clean their tools properly with Barbicide in between clients. The lady that was giving me a pedicure she used a tool with a round hook on it to do my cuticle which I never seen someone use before. She starter digging into the side of my toe and I jumped. I went for the pedicure on Saturday and by Monday morning my toe was infected and red and in pain had to go to the doctor and he put me on antibiotics and a cream for the infection. I went to this place 3 weeks ago, the employees, starting with the manager, were very disrespectful to me, after waiting for 20 minutes, a couple arrived and they attended them immediately, when I asked them 3 times why they attended this people before me if I had been waiting for 20 minutes no one answered me, they completely ignored me. At the end the manager said that I had to wait for an hour or come back later. I had never felt so humiliated. There are many places where it can be cheaper and above all they respect the customer.
