Me and my boyfriend came to get our cars done today. My appt was at 3:30 and his was at 5pm. We dropped my vehicle off at 3:30 on the dot. We left to do some errands came back and my car was sitting in the same spot untouched. We asked what was going on and he said a customer before us wanted extra tinting. Not only did he keep taking cigarette breaks he kept stopping to talk on the phone, sometimes he’d even smoke the cigarette while doing tints so unprofessional. He told us around 7 pm that he had 30 mins left on my boyfriends car and it took another hour. 8:30 rolls around and he says he needs to do re-do the back window. Atp our time and money wasted. My boyfriend asked if we could come back tmr because we’d been here all day. I kid you not, he hands my boyfriend back the cash for his car. And yells to his coworkers to come help him , all three of them proceeded to rip the tints off his car after we sat there all day. This place is ridiculous and unbelievable. Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait. We didn’t end up leaving until 9p. He was very nasty towards us and unprofessional.

We had my wife's Mazda CX-9 done several months ago, around July 2024. After a few months, the drivers door tint bunched up due to the window gap being tighter than it should be.

Past experiences with this business were so-so. The previous shop manager looks to have been removed and the owner is now running the shop again.

I took the car in for my appt and the owner was unexpectedly late and I did have to sit for a while, but the owner DID get my tint fixed under warranty, and with a smile. I made an appointment to have my car windows tinted. I show up at 12:30 and am told that they tell everyone to drop off at 12:30 and they'll call when they're done. Also cars are done in order they arrive. He said he'd call at 6 or 7 pm. Long time. 8 pm comes around and I call, am told it's not done. I said keep it for the weekend. An hour later at 9pm I get a call to pick up my car. A 30 minute drive later I arrive around 10pm and am met by another guy who is picking up his car. My car is still in lot untouched. They called the wrong person to pick up their car. I asked for my keys and got my tiny somewhere else. It was actually $30 cheaper than all pro. Complete lack of professionalism...
