O.A.K — Restaurant in Uniontown

When this place first re-opened, it was great mixing old recipes with new. I ordered from their last night twice I ordered french fries and a stromboli on the first order and on the second order I ordered french fries and a steak hoagie. The first order the french fries that must have sat all day because they look like brown leather to Stromboli was the highlight of both orders on the second order the french fries for the same exact way after I complained twice and when I ordered fried green peppers onions and mushrooms on the side for a steak hoagie they were diced and put into a pie container with her lid on it with the tomatoes and lettuce nothing was cooked right the only thing that was on the on the hoagie was steak and cheese after I asked for cooked vegetables like they put on the rest of them the only reason this place got a one-star review so I can so I can let everybody know that it's going way downhill. And if you ever go there to try for yourself don't pay with a card because they will double charge you and then tell you that they didn't and you'll have to go back to get a refund good luck with...

They gave me a pizza with hair on it & I don’t want a “free pizza” so they can mess it up again . When I said I want my money refund . They said I had to dig in the trash and make sure the pizza was half eaten & then return it to them so they can “throw it away” then they would give me a refund… The staff is rude . I called to tried to address the situation. And a 14 year old took the phone off the lady who I was originally talking to . Yelling at me and telling me if I had a problem so bad then come down to the restaurant myself . And my husband had took the phone and settled their situation. I am so upset over this ordeal . I threw up and was so disgusted . I was literally crying because I ate someone’s hair & instead of showing empathy towards me and my emotions . Oh and the manager of the staff when I called them today they said I was being “loud and ghetto” to my husband so I see that they are discriminating me also The staff tried to make it seem like I was being overdramatic over a “13” dollar pizza .thats what they said in their words . Why is there no list of the toppings..how can i choose my toppings if you don't list them at the online menu..i ordered a dozen chicken wings plain as crisp as they can fry them..i got 10 rubber wings..apparently they cant count to a dozen..and i got a build your own calzone..i ask for meatballs,taco meat and monzerrella ONLY..they put ricotta in it..i never ask for ricotta..build your own is what i want not what they feel should go in it..it was awful with the ricotta..they text me to ask about the food..i said no good and they would rather argue then listen to the customer..she claimed it comes with ricotta..well not made to order..that means whatever I want in the calzone..and i did not ask for ricotta...and my wife had to go home a deep fry her 10 wings to get them crispy..these people take your order they just don't listen to what you want or they just don't care...i will not be returning here again...prices are to high to order from a place that gets all the food wrong..and doesn't even try to make it right for...
