Id like to say I had a good experience but i didnt I had links taken out of my watch it was supposed to be 4 links it took 3 days and only 3 were taken out so my watch was still to big and it was scatched up all on the side because he forced the pins out after then taking it to kays they stated the pins in my watch had screws and needed screwed out not hit out the pins were crushed on one side that the pins were so messed up they wouldn't touch it i would not be upset if it wasn't...

I lost a diamond from my anniversary band yesterday. I went to Hostetler’s Jewelers and dropped my ring and the diamond off for repair. Told them I was bummed because I wanted to wear it tonight to an event. Thank God there was very little damage because they were able to repair it quickly so that I could wear it to my event tonight.
