We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. I appreciate the assistance that I received from Dan. I was inquiring about getting a fireplace serviced and Dan was pretty quick with getting back to my emails. In a week, he was able to let me know whether or not my fireplace could be serviced. Unfortunately, we had to take a different route with that fireplace due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was satisfied with the service, and communication, that Dan provided. I called before driving out because I have an odd shaped fireplace. I gave the employee the dimensions I was looking for, told him either free standing or custom but needs to be screen not glass. Employee says he has something. I get there and they have 15 free standing screens all too big. When I asked about custom he said only glass doors.
