I love this place. I was one of the first 100 people to sign up when it opened and as long as I'm in the area I'm not leaving this gym. The place is bright and always clean. Seriously, someone there is always walking around cleaning.
The trainers are so friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. If you have a question about equipment, a weekly challenge you want to take part in, or have an idea about what you'd like to see more of they are very receptive. The trainer named Alyssa is awesome; she's been there almost as long as I have. She's always giving me ideas to improve my workouts, fixing my form, even inviting me to occasionally workout with the trainers. She and the rest of the staff are always stopping to talk and it's obvious how much they care about the happiness and health of their members.
I've never felt out of place, intimidated, or made to feel like I can't or shouldn't be pursuing any approach to the goals that I have for myself. Furthermore, working one-on-one with the trainers, NO MATTER YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL OR END GOAL, is the perfect way to get an individually-tailored workout routine. If you happen to want to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time, they'll set it up. If you decide you would prefer strength and a toned/athletic physique, they'll switch it up. It's all about you.
Make the commitment, stick to it, don't get lazy and start taking a ton of breaks from the gym. You will get the results if you put in the work and the time. Read moreI initially spoke with Chris and was supposed to have my first consultation with him, but due to a scheduling conflict I ended up meeting with Christian instead, who also conducted my fitness consultation. I highly recommend this gym and either Christian or Chris for your fitness consultation or personal training needs.
Christian has been nothing but professional, kind, patient, and supportive toward my current fitness goals while working with my limitations. I came from Planet Fitness and the YMCA, so I was used to more equipment and larger spaces. However, I must admit I am really enjoying the smaller setup here because it is never crowded. Even when there are more people, it is never as packed as my previous gyms, which makes it easy to get in and out.
Christian also took the time to show me how to use multi functional machines so I would not have to wait if it ever got busy. The gym is clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms. Read moreI signed up a few months ago after feeling that I was ready to work out again due to a previous shoulder injury. The manager, Devin, was extremely helpful and suggested I work with one of their in house trainers to see where my shoulder strength was in regards to recovery.
Steven, one of the trainers, showed me what I had been doing incorrectly and with his help, my shoulder has been back to 100% and he continues to check in with me about work outs to this day. I also love their open 24/7 policy since I'm a second shifter and sometimes can't get time to work out until the wee hours of the night.
