I signed on in 2015 and still here. When I first came through the doors I was promised that I could "choose" the hours I wanted to attend class, this is a lie they never mention that the classes would be available based on whether or not they have teachers for that semester. Also, my very first class was for anatomy and physiology, a class that shpuld have been given to me after I had taken med term and some remedial courses(for MA associates), fast forward passed teachers who do not even have teaching degrees, bi polar teachers, racist teachers(this one was let go at least) and teachers who were there for a pay check and admitted it, lets get to the part where they made me sign myself out as if i had quit because they did not have classes for me because apparently when i signed on there werent enough students in my class to move me forward. I changed my major because i just need to get out of this horrible school. And why do i not go to another, maybe its because i can not transfer my credits. Also i am in major debt with financial aide thanks to how pricy they are. Most of their books are made for them so you cant sale it anywhere other than to them and when you try to sell it back they say that edition is old. Really i just bought it 9 weeks ago. Also not to mention how some studenta get special treatment. I was pregnant during one of my semesters and they had the nerve to tell me they couldnt give me classes because i would leave during the last 3 weeks and i understood but i bumped into another person who had a baby and they allowed her to stay until she gave birth and passed her after she missed get this 3 weeks. Do your self a favor go to a real school. This place is the pitts. The money pitts. The dean also never get backs to you via email evwn when they say thats the best way to reach them. Ha what a...
Read moreLansdale School of Business is an excellent place to further your education. Whether you are someone just out of high school, or you have been out of school for awhile, the process of getting started couldn't be easier. The staff in the admissions department will walk you right through every step of the process and they seem genuinely happy to help. The first thing I liked about this school was that I didn't have to wait months and months to begin. The programs at LSB are offered year round, and are designed to get the students to work! The finance department is top notch, and they help to tailor a plan that meets the individual need of the student. One of the most incredible attributes of this school is that from the moment you walk in the door, people know you by name. The curriculum at LSB is very well rounded. They cover everything that you will need to get a job in the field of your choosing. I just graduated in May 2016, and Ive already been working for a few months. The teachers are very well versed in their subjects and work extremely hard to make sure no one is lost or left behind. You will never find more dedicated and friendly teachers. Like with any endeavor worth doing, you will absolutely get out of this experience what you...
Read moreI was 36 years old when I decided to go to college- which was a little intimidating after being out of school for a number of years. From the moment I met with the folks at LSB, I knew where I wanted to go and was excited about the opportunities. The staff and faculty make your education a priority. They work with you to map out all the details, from financial aid to what program suits you and your interest’s best, to help make your time there a success. The most important element is encouraging YOU to pilot your own path to train and prepare you for a satisfying career. The instructors put the ball in the court of the students to challenge them to make the most of their classes. Yet, the class sizes are small which allows you to get to know the instructors who are very accessible, down to earth, and always willing to talk with you. The student body at LSB is as diverse as larger schools and I am glad to remain close friends with the people I met there, both students and instructors. I will always be grateful for the guidance and support I received while there. I am very proud to be an alumni of Lansdale School...
