Spirit Gymnastics Training Center — Local services in Lansdale

I’ve been at the Spirit Gymnastics Center for many years. I can honestly give it 5 stars.

My self and my Team have been welcomed like family every time we go to Spirit.

My girls have had wonderful coaching from Both Mary & Erin as well as Mr. Spot.

The place is clean! I’ve been there repeatedly where a full cleaning crew is tending to, and cleaning every area of both gym areas, as well as seeing staff do a full clean. All you have to do is walk in and you would see how clean it is in there.

I can also speak on the integrity of the owners & staff at Spirit. They are 100 percent their for the children and bringing a wonderful gymnastics program.

Trust me my review can’t even do justice as to how Special Spirit Gymnastics is along side the staff.

I definitely recommend Spirit Gymnastics as a top gymnastics center.

I have to say this place has one of the worst customer service I’ve received, I called 5 times to get my daughter scheduled for an evaluation and got a run around 5x, the first time they canceled my appointment a couple of hours before it was meant to start , the second time I called to confirm my appointment and was told they didn’t even have me in the system took my information again and told me I would get a call back from Pam , never did. Called again gave my information once again was told the owners would come me back to scheduled my daughter evaluation that never happened . Called again and now Pam tells me there is a waiting list and if I can provide my information she would add me to the list, I gave you my information 5x how can you not have me in the system, if I would’ve been told there was a waiting list I would’ve just moved on . What a lack of communication. Between trainers and other staff I’m glad I didn’t get my daughter involved with...

Love love love Spirit! My daughter started when she was 3 after attending The Little Gym (it closed so we had to find a new spot) The first time I walked into the gym I felt the family atmosphere which I absolutely loved! We took a little break once Covid occurred although they offered some Zoom options for the kiddos to stay in touch which I was grateful for. We are back here in person now and my daughter started in a older group. She comes home after class excited to show off skills she has learned. She is always eager to go to class and actually begs to go to more. The coaches are hands on and very patient. Even when my little one is exhausted from her day and cries through class .... they encourage her and guide her through everything. We are excited that we chose to start her journey here and look forward to what is yet to come!...
