Just ordered the Bada Bing (Cutlet, Broccoli Rabe, Cheese), added Pepper shooters and added long hots and specified for them on the side. An extra $3-$4? Not only did I not get my long hots on the side, there is no Broccoli Rabe or pepper shooters anywhere on the sandwich. What a joke. I could understand forgetting the extra items but how could you not even make the original sandwich to begin with.

Ordered a Big T primo size with no cheese or spices, just lettuce, tomato, and extra mayo. He asked if I wanted it cut in half. I said yes. My boyfriend got a full sandwich, and I was only given half of mine, with no lettuce or tomato, and they put cheese on it. Absolutely annoyed that we paid over $13 for this. (Cheese was removed before I took the photos)

The hoagie was great, but rice pudding was (Cinnamon Water). It had a few pieces of hard rice and all cinnamon. I called and mentioned to staff and suggested they pull the rest off shelf, it was horrible and not eatable- beware of rice pudding. I can’t believe that someone would even put the pudding out for sale; they had to know it was not eatable.

The way my aunt, who is a senior citizen, was treated today was shameful. The owner and staff were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They wrongfully accused my aunt of not paying for hoagie trays that she paid for in cash when she placed the order. She was in the store for 90 minutes over this nonsense. After watching store surveillance footage it was proven that she paid in cash. She paid in cash upon ordering to help a small business avoid a credit card fee and allow them to be paid upfront for the order. In return, she was laughed at and treated in a highly demeaning and disrespectful fashion. After all this, they had a hard time apologizing and the owner complained the entire time while reluctantly bringing the trays to her car, only after she had to ask for help. My aunt was highly upset about this all day and really our entire family was appalled by the event she described upon her return home. This is not a way to run a business. Good luck with this approach to customer service. My aunt is too kind of person to place a review like this. I did it for her because the general public has a right to know the morals and ethics of the owner of this business. Our entire family lives locally and none of us will be patronizing this...

We live right around the corner from this location and unfortunately, we always receive incorrect orders. My wife is vegetarian and has ordered cheese hoagies that have arrived with ham on them (the whole sandwich, not just a small piece) and I've ordered items from their "premade" menu and gotten toppings that were not mentioned or ordered. On top of this, since this location closes earlier than others (6pm on the days we have ordered) we usually don't have a chance to have the mistakes corrected.

We usually order online via the Primo Hoagies website, so this isn't a case of being misheard or misunderstood.

We love primo hoagies in general but we likely won't be returning here as it's not worth the inflated prices to receive incorrect orders every time we decide to give the...

UPDATE: In the 4 weeks since that review, I've placed approx 5 orders, and received 5 different excuses why they can't deliver. I'm lowering my rating to 1 star. What a shame.

The food is absolutely phenomenal, which is why it's a shame I have to give this place 2 stars. I order about 4 hoagies once or twice a week for the office, and we are located 1.2 miles away from Primo's. Yet every time i want something delivered, it's not doable. I'm not saying they turned me down once or twice. I mean EVERY time. It's always that the driver is out, or that there is a 20 dollar minimum, or a 30 dollar minimum (it always changes apparently). I'm sorry but if you advertise that you deliver, then deliver. If you don't, stop sighing and snapping at me...
