Five stars is not enough. This dealership went way above and beyond what an average dealership would do. Talk about customer service. First, they discounted the invoiced price of my new Skidoo and it wasn't your typical salesman games. Scott was honest and upfront from the first encounter to the completion of the sale. He went further and discounted all accessories without being asked. Then there was Kevin in service. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up the sled but due to a severe snowstorm, they were going to struggle to get all the accessories I requested put on in time for my pickup that I was obligated to due to an appointment that was almost impossible to get due to COVID with DMV to register the sled. But, they promised after lunch. The plan was do all the paperwork in the morning and drop my trailer and go to DMV to register and then back to pick up the sled afterwards. Upon my arrival at around 10am Scott greeted me immediately and said he had a surprise. The mechanic/service manager, Kevin, came in at 3AM to work because he wanted to get this done without being asked. You tell me, where are you going to find this kind of dedication, good luck! Near me if a mechanic or anyone was asked to come to work at 3am to complete a job he/she would tell you go jump off a bridge. I could not believe he did this and had my sled ready for pickup. You don't find customer service like this place offers. From Scott who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to Kevin to the ladies that did all the paperwork, best dealership experience I ever had. It is my opinion based off of how I was treated that if anyone has a problem with this dealership, the problem probably lies with them and they are probably either impossible to deal with or asking for something not possible. Read moreMy wife and I arrived at Horns at 10am on a Saturday morning, we drove just over an hour to purchase a Can Am Outlander 650 XT for my wife. An ATV they had in stock and we confirmed via phone at 9am. After arriving and talking to Scott and negotiating on a fair price (maybe 20 minutes later), I said let's make this happen I want to take this ATV today! That's where Scott's bad attitude and customer dissatisfaction mentality was forthcoming, Scott said it was going to be too much work for his team to uncrate and prep this ATV. This dealership closes early on Saturday's, I believe 2pm and Scott was not willing to help me out and get this deal wrapped up in 1 visit. He told me to come back next weekend! I was like what did you just say? This guy Scott does not deserve to be a Can Am dealer, customers are not valued (I purchased a $10k Polaris 850xp from him a few years earlier, no issues that time). So don't expect to be treated like the customer at this establishment, they will treat you like you're lucky for having them spend their time with you. Was having a chain changed and tech pointed out that it needed rear sprocket I was also having front & rear brakes. Note the back caliper was froze along with replacing speed od cable oil service as well he said rebuilding rear caliper was the way to go . I was hoping pick it up yesterday for my birthday we was waiting on the rebuild kit all other work was complete he said. Man hoping to get it today but Saturdays only half day hope they pull threw and I get my bike today.
