5 Points Grill & Pub — Restaurant in Upper Mount Bethel Township

just wanted to let people know , as I’m not the type to usually complain about service at resturant’s, however Five points Bar and Grill, had probably one of the worst kitchen services I’ve ever witness. me and my four friends decided to go to Five Points Bar And grill for a late lunch. We ordered our food and waited about an hour and a half for it to come out, as we watched people who came in after us, sit down, get their food, and leave. We started to think the chefs forgot our order. However when our food did come out, they messed up our orders, and 3/5 of us found hair on our food, and my one friends wings that they ordered were cold. Now I however, didn’t receive my meal as they forgot to make it, but accused me of getting it. for the people that know me, I do not look like a girl who can eat two of their burgers. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes just for my food to come out. Our waitress that we had handled the situation extremely well, but overall I’m disappointed and disgusted. I do not recommend...

Customer service is definitely not their strong point. Went twice and had two different experiences. First time I went was a 5 star experience, a very nice gentleman met me at the door and helped me with my take out order. Felt really good after; I’m like “cool I’ll definitely come back here”. Second time was tonight 8/3/21 between 8:20-8:40 pm. I come in the door and I was not even acknowledged by the staff, two servers stood to the right and chatted and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. No “hello we will be right with you” or anything, completely ignored. Not one member of the staff noticed me at the door until someone at the bar pointed me out. I was just about to walk out and leave them with the 20 wings I ordered. Unfortunately this is the last time I’ll be spending my money there. The two star is only due to that I had a great experience last time.However, they really fell flat on their face with customer service this time around. I’ll be spending my money at Johnnies next...

Guys, this place has the best menu in this area. If you are considering coming here, it is highly recommended to call ahead and reserve a table. Actually, it’s not a recommendation, it’s a must. We were lucky enough to get in. The staff here makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The waitresses are awesome and the food is awesome. The coconut chicken bites with Thai chili sauce is a must get. I opted for the grilled ribeye with roasted root veggies and mashed potatoes with a side of French onion soup. First of all, my ribeye was cooked perfectly to my preferred medium rare and perfectly seasoned. The roasted root veggies were perfectly seasoned.
