We came here July 17, 2021 at around 4. We did not know it was closed, we hadn't even begun to load our boat. We got out of our truck to scope out the ramp when we were approached by a DWR worker with a brown beard. He was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I would have understood if he had kindly told us the ramp was closed, but he was unnecessarily rude! He came up to us and asked "What are you guys trying to do?" My dad told him he was looking to load the boat and the man replied, "Uh no you're not! Unless you're looking to launch it off a 100 foot cliff no you're not. This has been closed for 3 months." As someone who does not come to Lake Powell regularly, we did not know this. I was appalled by how he treated us. It literally ruined my day with how he spoke to us. Read moreThe Stateline boat ramp is my favorite at this part of Lake Powell. The parking is so much better than either the marina or the Antelope ramp. We were there most recently over the July 4th weekend, and even Stateline was full, but there is an overflow lot next to the repair shops. I only posted 4 stars however, because the restrooms at the top of the ramp were closed for 2 days while we were there, which was very inconvenient to a lot of people. It was clear there was a water problem, but it took a super long time to repair. I say two days, but we had left before they were repaired so not sure how long they were...
Read moreUnfortunately they dropped the Lake so low to try to get rid of the muscles the stink from the dying muscles on the sides with atrocious other than that I mean what can we say they need to check the boats on the way into the water they only checked ours on the way out of the water perhaps that's why people got the muscles in the water because of Lake wasn't doing their job right they should always check the boats on the way...
