What an adventure with Mario! We spent two days on tour. When I first called him, I asked him about the car he had for 6 people. He face timed me to show me the car he would use to transport us. The next day, he picked us up and on time. He took us to El Yunque. We went to Yokahu and observation tower and Baño grande. We took pictures and saw beautiful scenery. We then went to The Río Mameyes (Mameyes River) is a beautiful river that runs down from high in El Yunque National Forest and jumped off a rock about 10 ft. Next was El Paisa where we went on natural rock sliding down with the pressure of the water. On the second day we went to black sand beach, La Cueva del Indio and Aguadilla (crash boat beach). What a beautiful scenic day! La Cueva del Indio (the Indian cave) was an adventure. We climbed into a cave and saw the beautiful carvings of the Taino Indians, ocean waves crashing into the caves and the bats. MARIO is the best. With every experience, he shows you what to do-climb, glide, you name it he is hands on. He makes sure you are safe-AT ALL TIMES. He wants you to have fun but safety is primary. I love to take pictures and my husband has no patience BUT MARIO was willing to take pictures for me. He is the best tour guide in PR. He is knowledgeable of the areas he takes you, has patience, ensures your safety and loves what he does.

Our, private tour, with Mario, was wonderful. Not only as a owner of a busy business he owns. He went out of his way to ensure,.my wife and I. Got the full tour of Old/ New San Juan. We have been here several times. Never had a private tour. He not only ensured us, that we were going to be safe. Mario ensured us that we would be entertained by the historic districts of San Juan. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Please if you have NOT booked Mario's company, please ensure that you do. The tour and other services that he provides, is Top Notch.

Although we are headed to South Africa in a few months. Mario was one of the best tour guides during my entire stay at Puerto Rico! He was on time to our condo area and got us where we needed to be. He also communicated plenty before our tour and told me what we can bring and keep in the car which was so helpful. We were a group of three families going zip lining, cliff jumping, and horseback riding. Mario helped us along each step and was especially patient during our cliff jumping excursion and showed us “the ropes”. Pun intended:)

When we were leaving the horseback riding a random woman came up to me and told me Mario was the best tour guide around. I wholeheartedly agreed with her!!

And finally, he heard us talking about a negative experience on our horseback riding and went out of his way to tell the other company of our negative experience. This was so kind of him. He really wants to make sure everyone has the BEST time in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend him to anyone...
