I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED AT DDS DISCOUNTS! I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED THE WAY I WAS TODAY. AFTER SHOPPING AND SPENDING MY HARD-EARNED MONEY IN THE STORE, I WALKED OUT TO WAIT FOR MY UBER RIGHT IN FRONT, AS I ALWAYS DO. I WAS WITH MY FAMILY, MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS, NOT CAUSING ANY TROUBLE.

SUDDENLY, A WOMAN WHO WORKS AT THE REGISTER — WHO PURPOSEFULLY HAD HER NAME BADGE HIDDEN SO NOBODY COULD IDENTIFY HER — STARTED SCREAMING AT ME TO “MOVE AWAY FROM THE STORE.” THIS EMPLOYEE IS ABOUT 5’8”, LIGHT-SKINNED, WITH FRECKLES, AND APPROXIMATELY 280 LBS. SHE YELLED AT ME MULTIPLE TIMES FOR NO REASON AT ALL! I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WAS TARGETING ME WHEN I HAD JUST BEEN A PAYING CUSTOMER.

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME JUST FOR STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR A RIDE. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! THIS WAS HUMILIATING AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE STORE WITNESSED THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT AND WERE SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED BY HER BEHAVIOR. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS — OR ANYONE, FOR THAT MATTER.

THIS EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. IF DDS KEEPS EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS, YOU’RE GOING TO KEEP LOSING CUSTOMERS. I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE EVER RETURNING, AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Security is strict as they have many people trying to steal is what I hear. You can get some cute clothes here. I usually stop here when I visit Napa. If your doing an exchange or return the security will take the bag and let you hold on to receipt and then you can shop and come back tell them what you were returning they will get the bag and start the exchange or return. They will take it off of your purchase. Anyways go here during the day and as I hear people are getting robbed later in the day. I have gone here many times and have t seen anything too crazy happen there. There is a lot of stuff sizes are off as it will be too big or too small. Men’s section sizes look bigger than they are. Lots of parking lots staff as they have to greet through the walk-in all of them one by one every time gets kinda annoying when you’re trying to pay for a large purchase. That’s store policy, though from security guard to everyone at the cashier has to all say hello to the next person that walks in and says welcome to DD’s lol. I bought an item yesterday and when I got it home and went to put it together one of the screws would not come out of the the bar so that I could not complete the setup of it so I took that I had completed everything else except for that one rack and I took that rack back and I just wanted them to replace the rack they refuse to replace the rack for me which kind of mess with my shopping experience because I was going to buy more things but because they wanted me to come back home take the whole thing apart and bring it back to them I walked away but didn't realize I need what I need and I shouldn't let them be the reason that I don't get what I need I was not very happy and I'll think twice...
