The UPS Store — Local services in Vallejo

I go to this place cuz it’s the closest UPS store to my place. There are three women and man working in this place. The guy is so respectful and always helpful and very quick but man the women. The older one would NEVER have an eye contact with customers. Always head down and like they don’t like to look at the people’s face, but yet not as bad as the young new employee!!!! The girl has a bitter face and super ignorant. I walked to the store today, I saw an elderly gentleman with a hospital tag on his wrist and a long tube attached to him standing by the counter with his walker. When I was walking to the counter I heard him saying three times that “ where is the stamp?” And finally the young IGNORANT girl as soon as she saw my surprised face decided to open her mouth and of course not bothering to look at the poor man face with a very low voice “ she’s back there, will help you”!!!!!its not like she has good and bad days. She’s always too bitter and like someone is making her to do a customer service job. I called once to ask a question about my package I felt she would beat the phone on my head. To UPS corporate: why would you hire ignorant disrespectful people? Why not to hire more like that guy, respectful and happy????? Are you not paying enough to these people that are being so ignorant to customers???? It’s not like that they have to put up with difficult customers like retail stores that they’re so ignorant and bitter. People just stop by for few minutes to send a package and leave, don’t they deserve a BETTER attitude???????????...

My special thanks to UPS store employees and particularly to Sean who carefully and with respectful manner addressed all my inquiries and concerns. I received my package without any issues, no damage no delay, or any of the concerns that sometimes we have. Sean and his staff handled and shipped my package with care and professional approach and charged a very reasonable fee. It is amazing! Without reservation I share my sincere opinion that Sean takes pride in his job as well as the rest of the employees in this UPS store. I needed to have some very important art work sent to Colorado that my late Mother had purchased years ago. The wonderful gentleman working took the care to get me everything I needed done to have it sent without being damaged. Just received it!!! This was the superior service I needed. Thank you fellas. This was done on 11/29/22 by the black man working there. Just hope his boss sees this. He deserves a raise. Thats customer service and care you dont find often. ...
