Baba Joe Pizza and Tandoori (100% Halal) — Restaurant in Vallejo

The flavors are excellent and unlike anything else you can get around the area. We love “Indian” pizzas, so we built our own with tandoori chicken, tandoori kabob, red onions and green peppers and it was truly delicious. The dough is hand tossed and had good flavor and texture. We’ll definitely be back! Notes for ownership: -the posted pictures give a false impression of the topping quantities. Your product is great and would be better to not give false expectations. We would have just ordered more food. -Vallejo has 1000 places to get a “wrap” with rice and refried beans in it…I’d go out of my way for one with Indian saffron rice and daal or something...

It is welcome to have new food venues in Vallejo's Springstowne area. Pizza and Tandoori is an exciting combination I newly discovered thanks to Baba Joe's! Their Tandoori chicken pizza topping was tender and perfectly matched with black olives.

I was also pleased to see fish and chips on their menu, which I will try soon!

Their burger and fries are great and their Milkshakes are reminiscent of the DairyQueen, which used to exist next door..

i hope Vallejo supports their small business food venues, like Baba Joe's, for we are fortunate to have them bring life to...

my chicken wrap had beans (i missed the ingredients), but i never seen a chicken wrap with beans outside of a Chipotle type restaurant. anyhow, it was also warm as was the fries. the fries were also on the less side although they were seasoned very well. the meat lovers pizza was decent but the cheese was very good. the owner/cook is very nice and even had a place for prayer. the bathroom and restaurant needs some serious tlc and deep cleaning. I'm going to return and try the wrap without the...
